    Everyone send KetBra Shaq-Fu

Not the more recent release. If I had known how... problematic it was I would have skipped sending that last year.

    This is a wishlist post
Hello dear sweet satan! it has been a while since i've written one of these because i've just copy pasted and leant on my Amazon wishlist (or felt not worth anyone's time...)

Not this Year, because fuck Bezos.

This post is kinda vague, but in my experience the best gifts to me are the ones where someone shared something they liked and thought it might crossover with my likes. (there's options at the end for folks who hate thinking up gifts too)

The basics: I am a 31 year old IT/Broadband Manager who wears XL mens/unisex shirts. I have no known food allergies. I enjoy both coffee and tea, although I have a whole bunch of tea that i need to drink already. I have lived in the american southwest my entire life so that's my current climate.

Between my girlfriend and I we have 3 dogs. And an 18 month year old named Aeric who currently loves dinosaurs and things that go

This year vibeogames have been my main form of escapism, I own every major console, a fairly beefy PC, VR kits, and am subscribed to most games subscription services. I've fallen off of reading books the last couple of years, in fact the last book a very kind and amazing person sent me is still senting on my nightstand unread, but I do own a kindle and reading more is always a good goal. Same for movies and TV, if someone doesn't really force it in front of my face I haven't been consuming too much newer media.

If this wasn't a hell year I probably would've been doing more DIY home renovations and or woodworking. Just barely getting into woodworking because I need to finish all my general construction projects to make room to have a permanent workspace. In speaking of DIY home renos, as I've been completing projects I've run out of excuse for not decorating the house, and it's come to my attention that I don't really have anything cool/nice/adult to put up on the walls or on shelves.

Finally here are some charities/non-profits that I'd be perfectly happy if a donation in my name was your gift to me:
(GF's goal of getting Chromebooks for her entire class linked in sig)
    Colibri Center for Human Rights
    RAICES
    Lambda Legal
    National Lawyers Guild
    Southern Poverty Law Center

Satan! Hello! You've been quite busy this year, so thanks for taking the time to check in with me, too!

I'd prefer not to link to Amazon if possible because Bezos is, y'know, so hopefully this very long post will give you some tips; if you're really stuck then get an imp to check in and we can see what we can do.

I'm a 31 year old woman; generally, I have a pretty wide variety of interests so hopefully that will help you out, even with the twist of mostly looking for things that will have value while we're all isolating at home! I love basically every flavour of nerd garbage, girly stuff like clothes and makeup, and making things. I am open to gifts from stores, or gifts you make yourself, or gifts from small crafters on Etsy, or gifts that you can find locally and support small businesses in your area (or mine!) since we're all having a rough go of it right about now.

When it comes to nerd stuff, I'm into board games (though honestly most of them will collect dust until I can leave the house regularly again), comic books, video games, book books, gunpla, weird tech gadgets for the home or for the kitchen, smart home lights (I am deep into the Philips Hue ecosystem and have a Nanoleaf Rhythm with the triangular leaves), and other interests in those directions. I own a PS4 (and PSVR), a Switch, and older consoles; I am looking to get a PS5 but haven't been able to land a preorder yet, so it might be a post-release buy for me. I also have a newly functional PC that I've inherited that can play stuff, though I am a primarily console gamer these days (and if you buy me something on Steam, make sure someone nudges me to check it). If you're looking at comics, check with @BlankZoe ; on the video game or gunpla/modelling end, @Grey Ghost can probably at least give a guess as to what I've currently got in my inventory. @Zonugal and @Rorshach Kringle can fill you in on movies, tv, or any other nerd shit that isn't covered here - definitely ask Rorschach about fantasy-genre ideas.

For clothes and makeup, I'm into mostly vintage-inspired or retro clothes, though I've been picking up some more Goth-y things lately; I like nerdy jewelry but usually on the subtler side of things. Makeup brands would include Urban Decay, KVD, Pat McGrath, etc. - vivid styles with bright/red lips and metallics or neutrals for the eyes with good coverage. I'm in dire need of some better quality blushes, as all of mine barely show up, even on my ridiculously white skin. Blankzoe is a great resource for makeup and clothes (and if she's stuck, ask her to ask our Mutual Non-Forums Goth Friend for advice, and she'll know who you mean). Some recent clothes shops I've gone with are La Femme En Noir, Vixen by Micheline Pitt, and Hell Bunny. I can give you measurements if you're looking at the clothing side through an imp or Zoe. Also, I'm into skin care stuff! So anything in that realm is good too (especially cleansers, serums, masks, and accessories - I already have a great toner and moisturizer).

In terms of making stuff, basically any do-at-home kit could be fun. Some of my previous hobbies have included cross-stitching, crochet, embroidery, cosplay, electronics assembly (I've been doing a bunch of Adafruit Adaboxes lately; @tynic may be able to advise you more if you head this direction), beer brewing (I still have a 1 gallon setup and could do some small brew kits for that size), sewing (I am very mediocre at it), and more. I have wood tools and a very lame but functional soldering kit. I've also been trying to learn to cook more while living at home - we have an Instant Pot, a cheap air fryer, a cheap ice cream maker, a waffle maker, a sodastream, and a cheap rice cooker; some knives that have a functional blade, or decent pots or pans would be a fantastic help, though I'm also open to cookbooks that could help change up what I make here a bit! (Can't go wrong with Mexican, Japanese, or less specialized but relatively healthy cookbooks since I'm trying to eat well as much as possible.) I do drink alcohol, and would like to have a nicer bar setup, but it's not something I do terribly often at home alone.

I've also been working out a lot - I have a Bowflex C6 indoor spin bike, I've been doing yoga a lot more, I have Ring Fit, and I'm taking really long walks with my dog, so accessories for working out in general - and anything that might help me keep warm while I take those walks - would be welcome.

Speaking of, I have a dog! If you want to pamper her then you'll get the bonus of pictures and/or video of the dog, and that seems like a good deal to me.

Hopefully that's enough to give you a start! Thanks again!!

Hello Dark Lord of the Year,

Firstly, as many have pointed out, God-King Jeff Bezos and His Amazonian Hellscape are basically evil. I do use Amazon to maintain a running wishlist - I’ll try to translate it into Dropbox Paper but it will be an ongoing project. For now it is here.

I am 36, she/her living in Singapore. Singapore is not China! I mention this because it seems to confuse people. Singapore is a tiny island nation in Southeast Asia. Lest you fear that you are sending packages to a third world country to be lost in darkness, let me assure you that we are very first world. The language of business is English and you may have luck searching for local small businesses with online websites if you want to go that direction rather than ship from overseas. Lots of international shopping websites will ship here no problem so you may want to take a look at that if you’re worried about posting this way.

    My aesthetic:
I kinda bounce between chic gothic and “our wacky Dada tech aunt from the city” I guess. For context, in front of me right now I’ve got a handmade pottery bowl full of bones and shells and wood flowers, which sits next to my Echo, on top of which is a tiny plastic bedazzled antelope head mounted like taxidermy with a plaque that says “ZEBRA."

    My interests:
    Cycling
    Outrigger canoe
    Yoga
Books about WWI, death and sociology, social justice issues, the ocean and ocean sciences, biology and botany generally
    Art and design and fashion
    birdwatching
    my houseplants
cooking and baking and cocktails and the eating of foods and drinking of drinks
    coffee. black coffee.
    vintage kitchenware
Handmade ceramics/pottery. I also collect broken tiles and rocks and shells?
    General weird old stuff
    Fish (but not to eat)
    Weird old cinema
Board games and jigsaw puzzles and crosswords
Papercrafts (origami, paper art type stuff)
My dumb dog and things related to making him happy

In general this year I would love anything that you get me, dear dark lord, to be from an independent shop or small business or artist, maybe in your area? Or for it to be pre-loved or handmade or made by a company that cares about stuff like worker rights, recycling/earth-friendly materials, the environment, LGBTQIA/BIPOC/WTF issues, etc. (WTF = women/trans/femme in cycling circles.) I also love local/regional food things, or stickers or patches that go along with local stuff. IF you want to ship foodstuffs here, be aware that 1) you should pack your own box so the post service doesn’t get weird about sending liquids, 2) bottled/jarred sauces and dried things and spices are fine but anything fresh, uncooked, raw or alcoholic is NOT fine. Alcohol can actually be shipped from overseas to Singapore via websites like Master of Malt, I do it all the time, but there’s a pretty hefty customs levied on imported alcohol.

I have a Switch and a PS4, and various IOT devices in the home because I spent every moment of 2020 that I wasn’t on a bicycle or in an outrigger canoe making my apartent Extremely Cozy.

Sizing for me is tricky. I’m a 39 shoe, and these days I wear a US size 6-8… if you want to do a clothing or size-specific sporting goods thing I can send you measurements via an Elf or something. Global sportswear sizing is a thing of insanity.

E: Ohhh hey I forgot - all about getting food related stuff but in terms of eating food you may notice from my wishlist that the cookbooks on there, with some exceptions, are vegetarian. I, with some exceptions, cook mostly vegetarian food for myself. I only mention this at all because once I was given a BIG BEEF BBQ BOOK (name extrapolated) and it was like oh geez... thanks I guess? I do occasionally buy and eat various meats - even the fifth meat - but mostly I stick to eggs, dairy, vegetables and occasionally birbmeats. I also don't eat any seafood that isn't ethically and sustainably sourced because I'm That Bitch.

    Wishlist Post:
Amazon wishlist is in my sig, but heres a brief overview: I've been getting into hot sauce, coffee, and more cooking lately. I am also into Resin 3D printing (Maybe FDM down the road as well), and I play D&D and all manner of tabletop RPGs and board games. I also play World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy 14, and the draded League of Legends. I have a Switch and a gaming PC. Uhh...oh I like things people make so if your crafty please send me something! Even if you don't think your thing is good, I promise you it is and yours so talented and wonderful and I'd love to display more stuff made by forumers. Geeze I hate talking about myself. Uh I'm a size extra wide 11.5 shoe and a big fat guy shirt (like 4-5XL depending on the brand). Geeze I dunno. Just like, know that I will love whatever you send me.

    Dearest Satan,
I hope the season finds you well. The war has been hard on us all, so I had to recycle this wishlist post.
I am a thirty*cough* year old dude living in the middle of Kansas. I wear a mediumish in shirts. I like nerdy stuff in general, though I'm not huge on items that are purely decorative unless they can live on a wall at home or on my desk/cube at work, or attach to something I use.

I have two cats who are The Best.

I love music, generally classical (piano or vocal mostly), jazz, or video game stuff. I play piano and sing, and have recently begun taking jazz lessons.

I love video games, a huge chunk of my free time is spent on them. The banner in my sig links to my Steam profile where you can see my most played, library, and wishlist. I also have an Epic thingo, a PS4 which is mostly a media device these days, and a Switch, for which I own a few first party titles (Smash, Mario Kart, Odyssey, new Pokemon) and am slowly expanding my indie library on it.

I love to read, though I don't do it much these days, usually saving it for vacations. I'm fairly current on several series, like Kingkiller, Expanse, Laundry, Broken Earth, Dresden, Becky Chambers etc. but pretty out of the loop on stuff compared to the me of old.
In general, for fictional worlds/universes, I like stuff like Star Trek and the MCU. For shows, The Good Place, Parks and Rec, Futurama, Avatar, She-Ra, Adventure Time and Steven Universe. Also Anime.

I like cooking, though I generally just stick to simple stir fries, curries, and bachelor meals.
I love to eat. Not huge sweet tooth as far as candies go, but I'm critically weak against pastries. I love basically all Asian cuisines (that don't involve seafood) as well Mexican and Central/South American. Basically anything with bold flavors.

NSFW is ok. I'm not interested in owning porn, as the Internet exists. But if what you want to send has classical female presenting nipples or tasteful hanging dong or an artfully draped nude santa that's fine.

Amazon link here. In this time of deBezosification it can serve as more direct indicator of my needs if not an actual source.
    https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1RXJ91JO9PASK?ref_=wl_share
Might add more to it later. I'm bad at picking out physical stuff for myself as most things I need i get when I need them.
Further things as I think of them:
Lexcalibur. It sold out too quickly when it first came out for me to get a copy.
Some sort of dongle for streaming video apps to a TV cause my PS4 just bit it.

My name is Veldrin and I'm here to say
Well met, Satan, how you doin' today?
    I hear you want DEETS
    Peek my character SHEETS
Let me tell you all about me in a major way
    MY GEOGRAPHICAL PRESENCE:
I'm a small town boy from the Northern Territory of Australia. Please keep this in mind if you are from anywhere that is NOT Australia, as things from overseas often have a tendency to take forever to get here for some reason. Also, our quarantine restrictions are pretty damn strict here in Aus, so if you send non-commercial and/or non-sealed food over it's highly likely to get stuck in limbo forever. Also covid has probably accentuated existing quarantine/shipping issues, so yeah.

    MY BODY:
I’m a 35 year old blond haired blue eyed dude. I’m about 5’7” and weigh about 155 pounds.

Clothing wise, I'm generally a small when it comes to shirts, although I sometimes get mediums if they are a particularly small medium. American sizes are a little weird compared to Aus sizes, so good luck with that. I’m not too fussy about colours, but if I have designs on my shirts I usually like them to be reasonably minimalist and simple. I dig geeky shirts so long as they're not too gaudy, so feel free to go for something clever that you think I might like.

I’m always in the market for some decent sunglasses too. Mine seem to break constantly. I dig aviators.

My shoe size is 8 in Australian sizes. Absolutely feel free to send me dumb/weird/fun socks. Do it.

    ELECTRONIC ENTERTAINMENT:
    I own a PS4 (gonna be shifting to PS5), a Switch and a PC.

I have a pretty wide range of interests when it comes to videogames and I’m willing to try almost anything, with the only major exception being grindy loot-heavy RPGs.
My Steam profile is in my signature and should hopefully give you a good idea of the sorts of things I’m into the most.

    MY DIRTY HABITS:
I enjoy drawing and do it a fair bit these days! I work almost exclusively digitally in Procreate iOS at the moment. If you'd like to help with that, you could get me a nice digital brush texture pack? Pretty much anything from this list would be awesome (though I already have all the free ones, sorry :rotate:)

If you're an artist and want to make something for your Satanee, I'm ABSOLUTELY 100% UP FOR THIS AND WOULD LOVE IT SO MUCH.

I like collecting and building gunpla, but I currently have a HUGE backlog. I’ll try to have any specific models and designs I’m currently interested in listed in my amazon wishlist. But only as a reference, as Amazon tends not to ship gunpla to my address, so it'll probably have to be sourced from somewhere closer to Aus I guess. If you want advice on gunpla related stuff, the folks in the gunpla thread are super great and very helpful.

I enjoy board/group games, but my actual library is lacking and I'm pretty clueless about what's hot and what's not, so any additions would be welcome. Feel free to shoot our friendly Holiday Imp a request if you'd like to see what I've already got.

    CHOONZ:
I really love music of all varieties, with a particular interest in jazz, blues, folk, classic rock/metal and Americana. I've recently gotten kind of into K-pop I guess? I’m always enthusiastic about discovering new stuff! Do you sing/play? Send me your stuff!

I also play bass guitar casually with friends. Feel free to send me new strings, because I'm a lazy butt who keeps forgetting to replace mine.

THINGS TO PUT IN MY FACE:
I’m open to trying any foods that are unique to wherever you’re from, Satan. So feel free to send them my way! (As mentioned before, homemade stuff will almost definitely have issues getting to me.)

I really enjoy spicy food, and I'm also forever on the hunt for the sourest candy possible.

I'm not a huge drinker, but I really enjoy ciders. If you feel like sending me some, then Boozebud.com usually has some decent deals on. I hate beer, but I'm getting used to sour beers, so if you know of any particularly good ones then feel free to hit me up.

    MEINE HUNDE:
I have a lovely female greyhound named Kya, so if you feel like sending her something that’d be awesome!

    Hello Satan!
Thank you for being my Satan! I'm a 30-something man. I live in New Zealand, but I was born in Australia. I wear a 2XL shirt and 40inch/ 107cm pants.

The most important thing for me is Secret Satans gifts that tell me a story. I love trinkets or souvenirs that remind me that I am part of a global community that genuinely cares and supports each other!

Things like souvenirs from where you live or your hometown are always great. This could some kind of tourist memento, or really anything you think captures what your town is about. I like most sports and am comfortable wearing sports clothing, so a supporter's shirt, cap, fridge magnet etc are always a good choice

Handmade gifts are awesome and I promise to cherish anything you make me! One of the best gifts I ever got was a photo from the front yard of a forumer's house.

I don't have much time for videogames anymore, but I do make the time for board games. I have a Nintendo switch, so a Nintendo shop gift card is always nice, but just make sure it will work since I live in New Zealand!

Currently, my board game collection is:
[*] Betrayal at house on the hill +expansion
    [*] Munchkin (original)
    [*] Agricola
    [*] Carcassonne
    [*] Pandemic

If you want to get me a board game I like games like Resistance or Battlestar Galactica; anything with a Mafia element to it!

I like TTRPGs as well. I have the core books for D&D 5e & 13th age. I also really like lasers & feelings too! If you have your own favourite ruleset, then that’s cool too!

Last but not least, feel free to make a donation on my behalf in lieu of a gift, that would be damned decent of you:
    [*] Doctors Without Borders
[*] SIPEKNE’KATIK FIRST NATION: [email protected] (paypal)
[*] A bail fund in your area if you’re in the USA
    [*] BlackLivesMatter.com
    [*] IWW.org

    Tef on
help a fellow forumer meet their mental health care needs because USA healthcare sucks!

    IT'S TIME.

I am not missing my favorite holiday event this year.

    Hi Satan,

    I missed you.
I've been a little anti-social for awhile for reasons and boy do I need to change that. If you want an easy guide, my amazon wishlist is kept pretty updated around this time of year, it also includes off amazon links to things I want/like.
I also made an etsy list: https://www.etsy.com/people/OkiWolf/favorites?ref=hdr-fav

Hobbies: singing, movies, cartoons, reading, music, baking/cooking, I'm also a artist (assuming I'm not suffering from an art block).
I like musicals, dinosaurs, Pokemon, Legend of Zelda, Batman, LOTR, Steven Universe, and the She-Ra reboot.

My video games taste ranges around puzzles, platformers, rpgs, and adventures mostly. I like to character build, craft, and explore as well as the occasional beat-em-up
I love retro games, I mostly have retro Nintendo systems and a growing library of their games. My goal is to have a game library 12 year old me would be super jealous of.
Specific titles/series I like are The Legend of Zelda series, the recent Tomb Raider trilogy, Red Dead Redemption, Mario games, Animal Crossing, Pokemon, Smash Bros, Secret of Evermore, Baldur's Gate, Kingdom Hearts, and Lego games.
I am not much of a table top player.

My list has a few movies and shows which are good jumping off points, DVD or Blu-Ray is fine. I love a good schlocky B movie and good atmospheric horror so if you've got a favorite to share, please do.

I have a corgi and he's stupid and I love him. I will be very delighted to have corgi themed items. Engel is also a spoiled little shit who will, as always, be helping me inspect our dark packages (and he'll be happy to get things too if you feel so inclined).

Clothes on my wishlist will always have a size in the notes if you're the type to buy people clothes. I like things that are soft and comfy.

I have no known food allergies if you want to bake me things! I like dark chocolate and mint, but I'm not a big fan of toffee (I don't hate it, but I'm a picky baby). Sweet or savory is fair game! I also like coffee, teas without licorice, and good ciders and beers, particularly fruit beers, kolsch, stouts and porters (no IPAs/sours).

Feel free to send me something personal or homemade if it suits you!

    Hullo Satan!
I hope this isn't annoying, but I think it would be fun if the box that lands on my doorstep is as much about you and where you come from as it is about me.

For instance - Something that I think would be super cool is indigenous art from wherever you hail from. Wherever you are, there's probably an indigenous population, and they probably have native artists. Maybe they do pottery, maybe they bead, maybe they carve figurines. Some native art, and a little note about what the artist's tribe is, would be cool as heck. You'd get to support your local natives, I'd get to learn a bit about the indigenous folk where you come from - everybody wins!

If that isn't feasible for whatever reason, what if you were to send me some of your favorite media and some thoughts on why those things are your favorites? Video games (I've got a Switch, a PC, a PS4 and will theoretically have a PS5 by the time this rolls around), movies, music, books - whatever you're into, I want you to share it with me! I get to try something I might not pick on my own, you get to tell me something about yourself - everybody wins!

If neither of those float your boat, or if you feel compelled to supplement, I've got some books I've had my eye on wishlisted here:

Much love, happy holidays, and Hail Satan!

Hello, I have a wishlist posted on my signature, but if you are on mobile, it's here
I will add to it soon. If you can get things from places besides Amazon that's cool, but do what's safest for you.

About me, I have 5 cats. They love toys and I'll try to get video of them playing if any are sent. I'm big into board games and video games, but I have a big collection of each so it might be best to ask someone if you need to send a game that's not on the wishlist.

I'll try to ad more to this as I can. Right now I should be working.

    Heeeeeeeeey Satan!

I'm a 40-something femme-ish person who currently shares an apartment with a neurotic cat, several bottles of tasty tasty bourbon, and way way way more yarn than any sane human would ever need. I'm a recovering USian who emigrated to Canada a while back, I'm allergic to alpaca and misogyny, I'm a Burner, a kinkster, a rabid techno/disco/dance music aficionado, and a vegetarian. My fav colours are grey and mermaid tones (teal/blue/purple).

    My hobbies:
    • Knitting! I do it a lot, and while I have so much yarn I am legit always up for more--especially if you have a cool local indie dyer
    • I read an awful lot and would love to start 2021 with some new titles by BIPOC authors, particularly indigenous folks who are local to you
    • I love cooking and baking, and while I have lots of kitchen gear I am always up for new recipes (I would love it if you'd teach me something your family cooks!)
    • In non-pandemic times I do festivals quite a bit, so I'm into weird sparkly costumey accessories (more details in Please do/Please don't below).

    My anti-hobbies:
    • I don't really watch TV or many movies, sorry!
    • While I own a decent laptop, I've really fallen off gaming recently (I just finished ME: Andromeda...three+ years later, and I haven't even started Witcher 3 lmao)

    Please do:
    • Do you make stuff? Do you art? Music? Felt? Throw clay? Take photos of stuff? Work with wood? MAKE ME A THING PLEASE OMG THAT WOULD BE AMAZING
    • Send me weird/cool/interesting/sparkly/sequin accessories! Socks with sharks/unicorns/hamburgers on them? Fuck yes. Sequin bum bag? Fuck yes. Rainbow silicone dildo? Fuck yes. Masks with fiber optics/lights? Fuck yes.
    • Make a donation, if that's your jam! Local to me I'd suggest the PACE Society or the DTES Women's Shelter; local to you or national/international, if that's your preference by all means!

    Please don't:
    • I'd suggest not sending clothes--while I appreciate the thought I'm insanely picky, difficult to fit, and have sensory issues with seams!
    • Food/beverages would be welcome, though I'm unsure if it'd fly mailing across borders so that's at your discretion
    • Don't send catnip toys! My weirdo cat is utterly unaffected by catnip (who knew that was a thing?), though she will go loopy for some honeysuckle

I also have an Amazon wishlist link in my sig for more ideas but hey, let's not give Bezos more $ if we can avoid it!!

I'm going to love whatever you send, thank you so much <3

Edit re: mailing suggestions! Hey so if you're mailing a physical thing to me, I'd highly suggest sending an FYI and an ETA through our magical Imps--Canada Post is garbage about notifying me I have packages and are blanket holding anything requiring signatures at local post offices. Thank you!!

I was debating signing up this year (a dilemma every year), but I've got some Fu that needs to be shared.
    Greetings Satan!

A bit of basic info about me. I'm a guy, 37. I live in a smallish town in central Kansas. I live on my own with just my cat. Years ago in the spring of 2020 I bought my first house, so this will be my first Christmas has a homeowner.

I mainly play PC games, but I haven't had much time this year to try anything new. I've been playing WoW Classic lately and not much else unfortunately. I have a PS4 which I haven't even had time to hook up since I moved, but I am ready to get back into it soon. My next gaming hardware purchase will either be a switch or some kind of VR. I don't plan on getting a new gen console any time soon.

I don't have many hobbies. I enjoy woodworking and other crafty type things. I have a nice little shop now that I hope to put to good use. I even taught myself to use a sewing machine this year to make masks for friends and family. I spend way too much time watching tv so I'm kind of boring.

My next biggest interest is football. For the NFL I watch the Chiefs mainly. I'm more interested in college football though, and Kansas State University. I will appreciate anything that is purple. Just last weekend I painted my front door and my dining room chairs purple.

    Suggestions:
As I said above I just bought a new house. I've been living on my own since college so it isn't like I don't have THINGS, but I could always use more stuff to fill up the house and make it homier. Art, decorations, yard decorations, that kind of thing. I have a good assortment of tools, but am always looking for niche gadgets that I may only use a handful of times. I also cook for myself and am fairly handy in the kitchen. I like cookbooks and different seasonings and things.

I've lived my whole life in Kansas, so I am always excited to get things from different regions and cultures.

    Again, purple.

Hopefully that should be enough. Feel free to completely ignore everything I've said and take your own path.

Wishlist post. Sorry I still don't use amazon so i don't have a wishlist on there. I've linked to a bunch of places that I like, but sorry that it might be a little difficult to gift wrap stuff or bundle them.
First of all thank you so much for being a part of this. It's a lovely thing to do, especially in a weird year like this. My gift list is a little scattered, because I'm a bit unclear with what I want myself. It's probably hard to get something for folks you don't know, but if you can think of anything to surprise me with, i'd be delighted.

    Geographically me
I'm in Sydney, Australia. Which is annoying for shipping as well as quarantine stuff. Sorry. If you are thinking of sending food (which I would love), you might have to make sure with customs. A couple years back, Perrsun sent me some spice rub and a really nice sauce, so it's definitely possible if a little expensive. I do like a good hot sauce (although i'm more interested in them tasting good rather than being hot enough to kill someone etc).

I have no relevant allergies (I guess don't try to send me a cat or a pollen storm).

    Physically me
    I'm a 28 year old. I'm around 6 foot 2 and around 260 pounds.

Just came out as trans and am starting HRT and Estrogen soon. I don't really know clothes measurements all that well just yet, so I'm not too sure if there's anything to get there. But if you, or anyone you know, knows anything about makeup and/or hygiene products, I would really appreciate some starter stuff. I really like vibrant colours in general.

I am always on lookout for colourful, patterned socks. I am a UK size 12/13, US 13/14. A lot of mine currently have holes in them. I'll try to post some examples soon. I also recently made a small order from sock dreams, included some trans and bi flag thigh highs, because yes, I have fallen completely into that trans girl stereotype and i'm having a great time. Next thing you know I'll be getting some cat ears and a choker.

Anyway, when it comes to socks, here are some ones i'm eyeing.

    Gaming
I'm quite into video games. I've just got a pc, but on the plus side, you can see exactly what I've got in my my steam profile. (the steam wishlist should now be in order) Generally, I'm a big fan of shooting games, games that put a lot of emphasis on movement, cool singleplayer games.

Recently gotten into racing games a bit.

    Hobbies
I've got a bunch of miniatures stuff that i should really try to finish before i get any more stuff, so the only thing i'll put here is that I've been searching for small hexagonal tiling that's either printed on plasticard, or etched into mdf wood. 7mm from edge to edge for each hexagon, and about a 10cm by 10cm square of the stuff at least (i'm pretty sure that plastcraft games has gone out of business, so i don't think their stuff will come back anytime soon). Bit of a hard search, so don't worry about this at all unless you already know somewhere.

I also really, really love artworks. If you would like to make something, I would really, really appreciate it. Other people's creations are amazing. My brother is a ceramicist, and has filled my parents' house with all sorts of lovely bowls and plates and various dishes and vases.

I'm also a big fan of odd gadgets and stuff.

    Comics
I'm into comics in a pretty big way. I only really buy trades, but they are taking over a bigger and bigger section of my shelf. Comics series I've got currently (I'll put most recent trade I've got after the relevant ones): Doom Patrol (Way and Derington) (1) Superman Birthright, Top 10, Transformers Last Stand of the Wreckers (I've got all the More than Meets the Eye and Robots in disguise ones that were released as part of that pdf bundle a bit ago, Black Widow (noto run), Hawkeye, Ellis's Moon Knight, Ms Marvel (5), MockingBird, Superior Foes of Spiderman, Bitch Planet (2), East of West (all), (probably one of my favourites), Injection (3) (used to love this one, but warren ellis), Kill Six Billion Demons (4), Lazarus (6), Paper Girls (6), Rat Queens (3), Saga (9), Sex Criminals (5), Trees (2) Velvet (1), The Wicked and the Divine (all), Transmetropolitan (all), plus I've also got the Rice Boy book, and the first book for the webcomic Derelict. I really love just about all of these. I'm generally quite into Image books, but, if you've got something that you love, and would like to share it, I would most certainly be willing. I'm also a huge fan of webcomics. I do already also have The Fix, but I really don't like it all that much at all.

I'm looking to get into more comics, since a lot of the series i was following have ended, and quite a few of the ones that didn't are warren ellis ones and i don't feel good about reading his stuff anymore. I've been interested in Goddess Mode, Faction adn Aja's Iron Fist, maybe Grayson and Midnighter (which i've read a bit of and heard great things). Also, if you want to get me books, Book Depository.com has free shipping worldwide which ends up making it cheaper for Australia than amazon. I would also really appreciate some more suggestions for series (new or old) to get into.

With regards to TV shows and films, i want to get my hands on Legion, season 2 of Doom Patrol, The Lighthouse, Blood Punch. Just buy me dvds, I like physical stuff. If you are Rorshach Kringle then please just send me cool shows and stuff.

    Other books
I'm trying to read a bit more. Recently bought and read Anne Leckie's Providence, which I loved. I want to get copies of the Ancilliary Justice series for myself, so i can re-read them. I really liked the Three Body Problem series, and I'm looking into more talky sci-fi books. If you'd like to send me Axiom's End, I'd like that.

I'm also a fan of non-fiction, and my favourite books are In the Blink of an Eye, King Leopold's Ghost, Dancing in the Glory of Monsters, and the Dictator's handbook.

    Music
I'm hugely into Bec Sandridge, Carly Rae Jepsen's Emotion Side B, Sayonara Wild Hearts Janelle Monae, Hayley Kiyoko, Phoenix, the Protomen, Daft Punk, Fever Ray, Kavinsky, the Knife, Of Montreal, Zhu, Safia, Peking Duk, Run the Jewels and Neil Cicierega. If you know the radio station Triple J. That's generally the sort of music I like. Maybe leaning more towards lesbian pop. Interesting melodies and such. Buy me a CD, i love physical media and i've never gotten into streaming.

Maybe the Carly Rae Jepsen Christmas album that's coming out or smth.

    Food
I'm am super into cooking, and trying things from other places, and I love collecting and reading cookbooks (I should probably post a photo of my housemate and my collection). I've heard great things about Falastin by Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley.

But, I'm also willing to try a whole bunch of new things. Like with everything else, if you are passionate about it, that's probably good enough to make me passionate about it as well. (Like seriously, Khoo sent me the ramen cookbook, and it sent me down a huge ramen rabbit hole and basically introduced me to what is now one of my favourite foods.) I'm also pretty patient when it comes to cooking, and am willing to spend a lot of time if I think the result is worth it. I've spent about 2 full days of cooking, just to serve some ramen bowls to my family. Last year Cello sent me a wonderful book called the Joe Beef Surviving the Apocalypse which is very Canadian and i haven't even managed to cook anything from it but it's just amazing to read. I love cool stuff like that.

If you want to send me food things, be aware of customs, and what is probably a super long travel time, but at the same time, oh hell yes I would absolutely love that.

There's also an australian company that has really good spices called Herbies as well as another one called Gewürzhaus. The house I live in has a really well stocked spice cabinet, but I am always interested in more interesting mixes, and some of the kit gift boxes. But if you see anything that inspires you, then go for it. I'm also looking at some more chipotle powder (that stuff is so good).

I'm also looking for a cast iron grill press like: https://www.petersofkensington.com.au/Public/Lodge-Rectangular-Cast-Iron-Grill-Press.aspx or https://www.barbequesgalore.com.au/bar-b-chef-meat-press.

yes, it absolutely should be [email protected]

I'm unaware of parcel restrictions right now - if people have guidelines please post them here and we'll work out solutions. most likely things are going to take longer this year, so I would really encourage people to get things shipped out early and have backups available just in case

I've had pretty good luck over the past few months with ordering stuff from the US to Australia, but I've also heard of a bunch of people who've had packages stuck in quarantine for a bit and have had to phone up customs to see what's up.

If that happens to anyone sending me stuff, i'll be super understanding, and i'll be happy to chase up anything with customs.

    Wishlist Post!

Dark tidings to you, my Infernal Benefactor. Normally I would say something about hoping this year has treated you well, but I can't exactly form that sentiment this time. I hope you are well at this time, and I'm glad to see you participating in our most hallowed of traditions.

For your direct wishlist needs, I have a list available on Gift Hero. This is a new thing for me, so I don't know quite how well it works, but hopefully it works well enough. Don't feel beholden to the specific stores I've linked there or anything like that - I have stuff like my local board game store listed more for mine own purposes than as part of a desire to only get things from there. It's mostly going to be books and board games because those are the concrete things that I know I'm going to want.

The thing is though, I'm also quite interested in the things that I don't know that I want. I love all sorts of oddities and weird shit and if you think that you want to send me any thing of that sort, I'll be elated. I've got shelves full of complicated wooden puzzles and antique veterinary needles and weird knives already, I'm sure I'll be able to find a place for whatever you want to send me. Also and especially art, if you make art (or crafts, I'm a big fan of crafts), send me art!

I like both tabletop RPGs and board games quite a bit, and you'll find some of those represented on that wishlist from earlier. With RPGs, I tend to prefer small indie things, rather than the big names, as I end up reading more than actually playing these days. With board games, I'm fond of things that play well with two players but can accommodate more. If you want to know what sorts of things I already have, there's this sporadically updated list to cover board games, but I don't have anything of the sort set up for RPGs. If you want to know more, I can make a list for you, of course.

I enjoy food and cooking, and would always appreciate some sort of local delicacy, if you have one. Ideally not seafood, as I won't eat it, but it will get eaten I'm sure. I drink coffee and tea and alcohol, and would enjoy any of those that you sent me as well.

Hopefully that's enough information, but let me know if you need or want more. I may update this further as time goes on, and I have been doing this for a number of years, so feel free to look up my old lists as well if you want (I don't think there's a whole lot more on those though). Finally, just as a note for the anxious Satan, I might not post the very second I receive something - I tend to need eight to ten hours of time taking and editing pictures before I can post about my gifts. It's cool, don't worry about it.

Oh also! I will probably be out of town from December 24-29. My apartment is pretty secure and my neighbors are cool and good, so if your package shows up then, it should be safe, but I might not know that it's here and won't post about it right away.

Hello, O Darkest of Benefactors! Here is some pertinent information that may be relevant to your dark works.

First, here are some wishlists for all your wishlisting needs:

Amazon! For the record, this one is mostly a random mish mash of stuff that occurred to me to put on a list immediately, just in case it helps narrow down a gift list. That especially goes for some of the higher priced items on that list, those are mostly there to keep it from being abominably empty.

Steam! The vast majority of my game library is on PC at this point, but I also have a 3DS that I will occasionally break out.

    For non-wishlist information:

-As far as books and music go, my taste is painfully limited and eclectic. So anything that you like and would like to share with me, feel free.

-If you are a crafty person, I am also down for receiving whatever craft(s) you are inclined to send!

-For clothing and similar concerns, I typically wear a Men's XXL shirt size.

-I am a huge Destiny / Bungie nerd, so whatever Space Wizard related nonsense you want to send my way would be very welcome.

-I play a lot of D&D, both as a player and a DM; I am set for hardcover books right now, but practical equipment like dice, playmats, and carrying cases would be extremely welcome. If you have a tabletop system that you enjoy and would like to share, feel free.

-I haven't been able to do a lot of traveling this year because Wild, Inarticulate Gesticulating at Everything in General, but I do tend to get to a PAX or two during the year, and some new traveling supplies would be welcome. If you've got any Travel Related Products that you would recommend, I am willing to give them a shot.

-As far as hardware goes, I did a very recent PC update, and got a new keyboard and mouse from Satans last year. I should probably start looking at a new monitor at some point, but that's really all I'm thinking of getting on the tech end right now.

-And because we are living in a... let's say historically dense period, donations to Black Lives Matter, indigenous support funds, LGBTQIA+ support funds, and other similar good causes are always welcome. I also think Child's Play does wonderful work, so donations to them would also be welcome.

Hopefully that's a solid foundation to work from! I'll likely keep tinkering with the list over the next couple days and adding stuff to the Amazon and Steam wishlists, but this should ideally cover the majority of the bases.

Thanks for participating in this, especially in this Cursed Hell Year that we are all enduring. I'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with, but know that the good vibes, the community, and the camaraderie are greatly appreciated. <3
