Help me Identify Type of Glue?

https://youtu.be/eJSfeKH8Te8I'm building the above boom box and working on the crossovers. At 08:40 of the above video the builder uses this glue that foams up to hold the crossovers in place.
Any idea what kind of glue this is? I can't figure it out!
