The Little Drummer Boy Challenge.
Figure the pandemic will mean more people will survive this year but we’ll see.
How long can you go without hearing The Little Drummer Boy?
Rules are simple
1. After 11:59pm on Thanksgiving you CANNOT hear any part of any version of The Little Drummer Boy.
Watching a tv show or movie and someone jokingly pa rum pa pa pums? YOU’RE OUT!
Hop into a friends car and you hear 1 second of it as you’re diving for the radio knob? YOU’RE OUT
Walk into a store and it’s playing? OUT
Hear Missy Elliot’s classic song “Work It” and that part plays? YOU’RE NOT OUT! I cannot support a contest that limits the listening of Missy Elliott.
How can you hear it and not be eliminated you ask? There are a couple of ways
1. You can’t be eliminated intentionally. Someone who knows you’re competing cannot send you a trick link or play it knowing it will eliminate you.
2. You don’t realize it was on. You’re in a store shopping in you’re own little world and your companion says. “LITTLE DRUMMER BOY WAS JUST ON” but you have no recollection of hearing it because you were in your own little world? YOU’RE SAFE
Can I eliminate myself??

Thinking about the song doesn’t count but if you even let a “pa rum” out or hum the tune...YOU’RE OUT! And you deserve to be out!!!

This was one of the funniest things of all last Holiday Season.

I think the biggest risk will once again be putting on a pandora christmas channel while we decorate, I never really go shopping anywhere with christmas music playing normally.
