Wife stabs husband after finding photos of him with another woman. Plot twist: the other woman was her younger self

This reminds me of like....a conversation my friend group and I talk about all the time. My buddy met his wife when they were in grad school, so mid to late 20s.

We were drunk and she was like "guys, I don't know why it makes me feel weird, but I looked at pictures of my husband in high school and got like, really into them. He was so hot in high school. Like I have a huge crush on him in high school!"

And he was like "I....think? this is a...compliment?"

Same energy, basically...only I don't think she stabbed him over it.

I've got some HSA money that I need to use or lose and these are on sale: https://www.rescue-essentials.com/special-buy-quikclot-combat-gauze-z-folded-military/

I always thought Quikclot was like some kind of cauterization agent. Turns out it's kaolin clay? *scratches head*

I only played a few hours of Dyson Sphere, quit when I got research automated (my start had copper and iron far away from each other, made things a bit tedious). Planning some more tonight.

It looks like the early game is very close to Factorio but then it starts to scale physically on top of in complexity/efficiency/speed.
The fact that you can very easily criss-cross tracks is great though.

And yeah, the English feels like it was maybe machine translated and then touched up by somewhat with a decent but not great grasp. Sometimes it's ok, other times it's very stilted, and occasionally it's garbled.

Man moving out into the woods has been interesting

The dogs actually slept in till 6 this morning so I got to sleep in a bit. At 6:30 it was still pitch black outside.

At 7:30 I was like "turn off the fucking sun"

I have an eastern facing window in my room and it's like a damn alarm clock.

Why did you move to hell?

The dog problem is just...idk man, nothing should get you up that early except kids, and even that's kind of a ehhhh *shakes hand*

My dog wakes me up between 5:30 and 7 wanting to go out. I take him out and go back to sleep. It works.

Ugh, our poor cat has a little scab on his neck under his ear, and he scratched at it so much last night that he pulled out a tuft of hair :(:(

I hope it's nothing serious. He had a little scab when he got here, I assumed from fighting another cat.

He doesn't seem too bothered by it and there's no blood, but still

Just like, a couple millimeter scab with a little less than that fur?

That's pretty normal, I think, if cats have scabs.

There's about a square inch of fur missing (or more like a dime, on closer inspection). I can't see much of the skin, but it doesn't look wet or wounded — though there does seem to be some fur stuck together, probably from dried fluid

It's a big patch. We've noticed him really going at it a couple of times.

You should join one of those parenting forums and pretend that your son Felix (my preferred name for your furbaby) has a scab that he's been scratching at, causing hair loss

Ah. That's a fair bit! I can see that being scary, but if it's not bleeding then my non-professional diagnosis is that he had a big scab and it was super itchy so he scratched it off, like I would >.>

Yeesh, though, that is a lot!

I do need curtains, although I'm complaining for no reason cause I'm usually up by 6 at the latest every day anyway. (5 if the world ever goes back to normal)

As for the dogs, well they're both over 10, so they can get away with whatever the fuck they want at this point.

My child is about one and a half, and she sits at closed doors yelling sometimes. Is this normal? She also will bite her sister whenever she sees her. What should I do?

My child is 2 and has not said any intelligible words. Is this normal or should I take her to a specialist?

My daughter got refused, VERY RUDELY, when I tried to sign her up for <local preschool>. They said I was insane for even asking! Who should I file a complaint with? She's calmed down a lot, eats more politely now and doesn't vomit the kibble we feed her.
