    I meant specifically physical ranged, there's 3 vs 4 melee.

    But, I should have thought that last xpack just had a physical ranged, so, it isn't really surprising.

    I'm guessing whatever the melee is, it'll share Scouting gear.

    Endwalker story.
    6.0 will be the end of the story (the entire Zodiark/Hydaelyn arc), instead of 6.3 or such.

    6.1 will be the beginning of something completely new. And Yoshi-P is staying on.

    EDIT: AST losing shields would necessitate an entire rework of half their sect abilities. Are we sure that's actually likely? AST has already gotten a pretty major rework already.

    That can't be a melee job, right?

    Is it going to be a extra thing like BLU?

    EDIT: Maybe the "melee" is a necro's skele's?

    Yes. Yoshida was pretty explicit about there being a clear break between pure healers (WHM/AST) and barrier healers (SCH/SAG).

    Asahi being the vessel for Fandaniel

    Because it means that at some point, they must have had some kind of meeting where they determined who the least likeable character that they have ever introduced throughout the story so far

    So with the 6.0 story, are they going to riff off of
    FFIV or FFVIII? Or come up with something else entirely? I know Eden is kinda VIII stuff, but barely.
