I cook with at most two knives: My stupidly expensive but awesome veggie knife and my stupidly good for it's price paring knife. I haven't even used my stupidly expensive but awesome chef's knife yet.
The veggie knife doesn't really ever need washing while in use because, I mean, I'm slicing veggies so a quick rinse is plenty.
The chef's knife will get use once the weather warms up and I need to cut up steaks or pork chops or trim chicken breasts... or slice them up for homemade chicken strips... ok adding something to the grocery list for tomorrow but so far it's just been looking very pretty on the counter.

Okay I am done with Red Dead Online.
The core game play is good, and it's a very fun co-op experience with friends to jut roam around in, and if it was just that it would be great. But it's not, and the other players make this basically unplayable.
