I've got some the silly Best Buy minifigs they gave to employees years back
I actually got really curious about this after my first answer. If you have your stuff catalogued on brickset.com you can search for what minifigures you own and used prices. I'm using price as a way to judge rarity.
So my Top 5 are:
Ahsoka Tano from 75158 Rebel Combat Frigate
Kanan Jarrus from 75053 The Ghost
Darth Revan (promo set)
Pre Vizsla from 9525 Pre Vizsla's Mandalorian Fighter
Darth Malgus from 9500 Sith Fury-Class Interceptor
My rarest non Star Wars minifig is Red Guardian from the Black Widow movie,
It's an interesting question to consider. I guess my rarest would be some of the later Dimensions stuff, after it started not selling so well. Tricky because I have a fair amount of custom ones from those places that make everybody under the sun and some of those have gotten good enough that its really hard to tell from official; my favorites of those are Pinhead from Hellraiser and MODOK
Ooo there's dimensions stuff that got rare? I only got into it when our Wal-Mart went insane and I got like 80% of Lego dimensions for 60-70% off

Rare is probably overstating it a bit. I took a quick google and they don't seem particularly difficult to get a hold of.
Man, Dimensions was 6 years ago, how did that happen
I got the 3-in-1 crocodile 31121 from my partner for father's day and it looks massive! Much larger than the lion and T.Rex we already have. She also got me the flowers, they look amazing and I am very excited to make other stuff out of it. I think we have enough pieces now for a jungle diorama.
I have all the dimensions except the two exclusives. For those I will admit I have playable rfid tags just so I can see them in game. I don't think I paid full retail for any of them thanks to TRU and a bunch hitting Five Below and dollar shops. I even got the ones I planned to skip in the end (Chima).
There's such a variety of stuff in the game they look great on a shelf.
My typewriter arrived two days early (cat for scale and also because she's lovely, look at her little face)
It was a really enjoyable build - lots of the stuff which I like, namely asymmetry and stuff not looking like the final result until a few steps towards the end
Final result:

My dad’s still hasn’t shipped and is listed in the warehouse. His birthday is coming up soon too. Come on Lego, ship it already.
Already finished the new croc and it is massive! The whole thing is 454 pieces and they make some massive builds out of it. I am really looking forward to what the enthusiasts make out of it, because there's a lot of really flexible pieces in there. Here he is with other crocodiles from the 3-in-1 T.Rex and 3-in-1 Lion alternate builds.
In a weird coincidence, I found the Central Perk set on heavy discount in the same week the Friends reunion show was broadcast, so I grabbed it.
I finally built it this weekend, sharing some of the little builds with my kids. They know nothing of Friends, of course, but they loved things like the sofas and the coffee machine.
It’s now sitting behind me in my office, ready for my next Zoom call.
My youngest daughter seems to love it, and I’ve twice found her trying to sneak a Lego cat or hamster into the scene “because I think they’d all like a pet, Daddy.”
That aquarium shows the influence of Finding Nemo on the space, I swear.
...
My second "work on it at my folks' place" build is done!
Good lord this is satisfying to play with.
I love how that kit came with a person in their wheelchair. Not only that but a wheelchair ramp to go in! Noticed that you had them using it in your display.
I finished Daigon Alley tonight, after taking my time and doing it over the course of a month.
It rules. I've never had so much fun with the architecture of buildings. The different roofing and building shapes were so much fun. Going to try and hunt down side of the series 2 blind bags (even though they're like 3 waves old I see them around sometimes) to try and populate the street a bit more.
... and it triggered a deep, deep sense of "well. Maybe you should build ANOTHER, different street. And then tie them together at an intersection... and then another, and another..."

Caught up with Lego Masters USA season 1. Yup, the team I thought would win it won it, because they were better than basically everybody else every week. That pair was insanely talented.
All the contestants over-reacting to everything all the time was extremely tiresome. People who are good at stuff doing that stuff and talking about that stuff is great TV, you don't need the OH MY GOD bullshit ladled over the top.

yeah I wish they had taken more cues from BBC shows like Pottery Throwdown or British Bakeoff, you don't really need manufactured DRAMA to happen before every commercial break to keep your show going.

It hasn't gotten much better in Season 2, I had hoped with more teams they'd have less time for that nonsense but nope still cramming it in. Plus they all laugh VERY HARD at pretty much everything Arnett says and its off putting each time it happens. because frankly the jokes and writing seem not as good as season 1 and that wasn't exactly Pulitzer prize material to begin with. One of things I liked about S1 was how natural his interactions with the teams felt when he visited them one on one during building, now it's more "oh here comes Will with some prepared material"
But at least there isn't an immediate 'this team is going to win' this time; so far you can usually tell who's going to win that particular episode but each time it's been a different team.

There's also a hamster but it's never seen: the lady that Ross dates with the filthy apartment owns one
Also the Tulips as of me buying them both just now.

I mean, I know the real answer is "both", but I'm trying to pretend I have willpower.

It apparently went fast.
Yeah, I watched it go from 10% sold to sold out in a matter of minutes. It was crazy watching it sell out.

Like it was just a big decorated cake with a slice out of it.
Now I kind of want Lego to do a big line of food oriented sets. Lego sushi, lego hotdog, lego cake.
The Lego Lighthouse!

that also means these other sets did not make it - but there's always next time!
That lighthouse will be a must-buy for me.
In other motorized news, I just saw that my bill for the Powered Up Hub is pending, which means they are about to ship out my backordered part!

Will it come with a Richard Pattinson minifig?
