I've watched a good amount of random Taskmaster, but I'm joining the bandwagon and starting from the first season and watch one through from start to finish properly. Started off on Youtube, think I'm gonna finish there and just burn my free trial period of no commercials. Three month trial which is nice, I just need to cancel before the end date. Now the game begins.
Everyone starting Taskmaster last month makes me feel that much more justified in watching it last spring.

I love Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop. Renner as Barton is decent, but the character is saddled with emotional baggage which isn't playing to Renner's strengths (so far)
So the native writers on Rutherford Falls are running Ed Helms Twitter account for a week and it's been really cool seeing all the stuff & people they're promoting.

But to dissect a humor frog a little bit, I love Jana using her platforms to put rez stuff in front of people who might not otherwise see it. Some folks will ask what the slang means, some folks will look up other places it's been used, some folks will glean the meaning through context - but however folks get to the understanding, they'll have a moment of, "Oh, shit, there's rez slang! Reservations are contemporary, and full of people who do contemporary things like 'have slang.' That's rad!"
She didn't give a TED talk, she didn't put footnotes on a Tweet. She just treated rez slang as any other slang, as contemporary and present and available to figure out for anybody else who wants to be cool.
Jana fucking rules, is I guess what I'm saying here and always.

Season 2 of How To with John Wilson started tonight on HBO Max, really enjoyed the first episode, he's just got such a good eye for stringing together the bonkers footage he manages to get.

More Letterkenny thoughts: I feel bad for these ladies who have to sit in the shot while Betty Ann and Mary Ann are insulting each other. Having to keep straight faces while those two throw nuclear barbs at each other has to be rough.
