I went out for cigarettes, took a wrong turn, and did a bunch of great stuff, and I wound up back here somehow.

    Yeah and first thread in more than 10 years. I've been hearing about this Covid, is it like another SARS or Bird Flu?

    OMG Chico Blue! I remember you drew me a valentines day card one time.

    I have moved to the city, got into kink-culture, became staff at a furry convention, changed jobs three times, went to Dubai and Bangkok, and began restoring car, and completing a coding bootcamp to now work IT and have a great girlfriend of four years. I've also helped others get through their weird closeted life situations, help others move, find new jobs, and even helped folks find a new life partner!

    No. You’d have to ask the man to check, but from what I recall he just did it on a whim (something he did a LOT at that time). He would have banned himself if he had won it, but I don’t think he was expecting to win.

    i vaguely recall some line-crossing. much like a lot of old guard forumers! surviving the PA forums for 20 years without getting banned is really some sort of social litmus test

    Yes, if you've been around for more than a decade here, odds are you meet The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy's description of earth:
    Mostly harmless.

    Yeah, I believe I've eaten a few temp bans and infractions for being an asshole occasionally, but I think for the most part I've been pretty harmless. At least I try to be, nowadays. I'll have been here at least two decades next year!
