+ Great release on a first read. Snap to throw if his first read is open is like 2 seconds.
+ Super accurate on short and intermediate throws over the middle
+ Never holds onto mistakes. Throws a pick? He's right back at it the next drive and often scores when he does.
- Awful on sideline throws. His footwork is bad and he tries to power the ball with his upper body. Deep bombs? Get the fuck out of here.
- Turnover prone because he loves to airmail balls. Throws a lot of high passes good for getting receivers killed.
- You're only gonna get about a half of good play out of him. I've not seen him put a full 60 minutes together this year.
- Seemingly incapable of throwing the ball away to avoid a sack.
Well crap, Ambry Thomas is out tonight. Expect Rodgers/Adams to shred the ghost of Josh Norman tonight. Should've bet the over on Adams' receiving yards.
Refs with a huge call there
My money agrees with them but definitely have seen less controversial catches ruled incomplete
Especially when the receiver drags the ball along the ground like that

My gut is incomplete but it's the playoffs so I'm happy to go with "Too cool to overturn"

In regards to two of those negatives. Joe Burrow gets sacked way more than Jimmy 51 sacks vs 29, and throws more interceptions 14 vs 12.
And Jimmy is more efficient at getting first downs.
But Joe throws the ball more. Because Cincinnati can’t block for shit.
"we've got the best RB in the sport and a quarter of a yard to go -- give it to Henry?"
"nah that's exactly what they expect us to do. Let's give it to our tall white QB that runs like a two-legged giraffe"
"but that's idiotic"
"exactly -- they'll never expect it."

*Throws a pick*
"Oh, well."
It's in the name.
SF is still playing tonight
Burrow is gonna be pretty fucking good in the years to come...can't say I agree with your assessment on him.
Now Jimmy G and Tannehill, sure
Out of those three you'd want Burrow the most. Tannehill and Jimmy G are kind of a six of one, half dozen of the other comparison.
He's as good or better than those two right now and has a higher ceiling. You already know what you've got with Tannehill and Jimmy.

So they could give it to him on fourth with a worse playcall.

What o-line?
Nine now.
Jesus Christ...
But, cheapskate Mike Brown..
Apparently it's at least partly because (and I wish I was making this up) the raccoon is the state animal of Tennessee.
