Search is missing a lot of posts

in Tube's Circus Of Bug Reports and User Issues
Seems like search indexing is kinda screwy right now - if I search through my own posts, I can see keywords that are in the first post of threads that I've created, but it seems like most posts in the past ~10 years or so aren't popping up in the index.

Not sure if it's a search cache thing, seems like it's been happening for about a week or so.

    Running into this again, searches beyond a week or two ago don't seem to be turning up much

    I've had better luck using Google to search to forums than their internal search function, both for current posts and old/very old ones. Using a format like "username query site:forums.pennyarcade.com" gets me results as far back as like 2008 right now.

    Maybe related to this, on mobile using Firefox on android, the box that used to be "go to page x of y" is now a search box, and also the text appears in white with a white background, so you cannot see what you typed

    this works partially, but it's hard to get "specific post" from "specific user" with it

    some stuff is indexed, but a lot of stuff isn't
