soap actually isn't very good at cleaning your skin. this thing will take off all the excess dirt and grime and oil and dead skin if you scrub your face with it once a week before showering, then put some lotion on afterwards. your skin will feel super soft and healthy
What soap is good at is mixing with oils that are on the surface of your body and ruining its hydrophobic properties so the oil can be more easily dissolved into water.
I can't use those on my face, but I use one vigorously on my back and feet, feels awesome
yeah you can use it anywhere, highly recommend dry brushing to get rid of all that junk soap won't get. just make sure you got some good lotion since you are exfoliating your skin
