    Finally beat Act 3 tonight. That last fight was very annoying. Ended up using 3 healers, a counterattack warrior, and constant uses of Arky to beat it. Took forever.

    Thankfully they nerfed her a patch or two ago I thought.... i did the same though 4 healered it. I remember because it took awhile but I also could just auto until arky was full then arky arky arky heh and let it run again for awhile.

    Yeah, I'm talking about Belian. I used Angelic Montmorancy, Tamarinne, Roana, with counter Rem as my fighter. Took a while, and I did lose Tamarinne right near the end, but managed to win.

    Just did the selective Summon for beating Act 3. The only 5 star character I didn't have yet from the list was Ervalen, who didn't show up in all 30 pulls. Ah well.

    Man my new comp is cleaning up in gw so far 5 fights only one draw rest my def won lol.

    260 (with buff) eff res counter destina with cleanse on her s1 ee, brozet protecting her and hwa. Brozet is on holy sac and cr buff. Its busted up everything. The draw they actually didnt win against that comp either heh.

    Well shit, catching up on the thread and it turns out I came back just a couple weeks too late to get some free MLs. Oh well, there's plenty of other new stuff to check out, and I was gone long enough to trigger returning player bonuses.

    Assuming I don't pull one of them in the next couple of 10 pulls, buy Cerise or Diene? I pulled FTene already, those three were my only limited units I was missing apparently.

    Also, if it's possible, could you free up a spot in the guild and toss me an invite? abotkin in game too.

    Cerise has been power crept by Piera and Ran. I use her now for the Light expo boss only. Diene just got EE, which really helps as most folks were using Emila instead. Her main downside is that she’s buff heavy and there are meta units that can punish that (Landy and Rimuru).

    That all said, they are limited and could be buffed. Diene would probably be my choice due to her EE and just don’t use her against Rimuru or Landy.

    Yeah im surprised to be honest. I mean I tried it out because people might lose some characters to it but its performed really well.

    There are so many freaks on the ladder right now. My 290 Emilia has been out sped by TML twice in one day by different people. That’s about 22 average per piece for her to be on par with 290. Also had a 311 ran get out sped by TML who had a +10 imprint.

    Guess I’m slow now 😂

    The really crazy thing is that my speed is average for legend standards. There are several people I know on the ladder who have multiple builds with 24-25+ average per piece.

    So the Re:Zero rerun appears to be exactly that, just an identical repeat of the event. Since I completed it last time, what is there to do with a duplicate Rem? (Or Ram, can't remember right now which is the free one.)

    Also, is there any reason to keep right side gear that rolls with flat stats (besides speed boots)? I finally started purging my equipment inventory since I kept bumping up against the 500 limit, but aside from knowing that flat (non-speed) stats are the least desirable subs, I'm having a hard time efficiently clearing stuff out. Mostly just manually checking everything and auto-chucking it if it has 2 or more flat stats.

    These lulls are welcome and the easy side event is as well. Its not like it has less rewards.

    Just transmit your extra Rams. They cant be used for anything.

    If you mean a flat main stat, not a ton. I have a flat attack neck that I kept because it rolled pretty well and I use it on Wanda, but otherwise just about every character will get more benefit from %.

    As for gear with flat substats, not every piece can be perfect. Got a speed piece with a couple flat stats and a 4 speed? I'd still try to bring it to 9-12 and see what happens. But all my gear is shit so whatever!

    Oh yeah and there are subsets of heroes where you can use flat substats if you dont get the % rolls or just need a big more hp/def etc. It will only be fractionally worse. Not all that much outside of top end pvp. I have pieces with HP%/Def% and HP/Def with speed/effres/eff/crit etc and they work great if the hero needs tank.

    If you have no use for the extra Ram, can't you also use them to promote another character to 6 stars, like with the Phantasma Dogs? I did transmit my first Ram and only got some money, so not sure how worth it that is. I'll probably save the rest to promote someone else, maybe Emilia since I still have her at 5 stars and was thinking of promoting her anyway.

    This redone event can at least let me save up Skystone for another banner down the road.

    No Ram is freebie so like the free Sols and Yunas they arent usable outside of themselves for promotion.

    Edit: I just double checked and yeah an error pops up that says "Main story or Event limited hero" "locked cannot use". At least we can transmit them now. Before there was just extra Sols you couldnt get rid of after the first GG rerun heh.

    Edit2: Oh and dont bother farming out the other copies you dont get stones for them either.

    My duplicate sol bad guy is bugged and cannot be transmitted so he will forever sit in the waiting room, I guess. I was able to get rid of the duplicate ram though so at least the bug didn’t happen again.

    Unless the flat main stat rolled all into speed 18+ or has some massive gear score (like 15 speed, 15CC, 20%atk), it's just best to fodder it. I too constantly run up against the item limit and it's just the easiest way to make space. Especially if it's a purple piece.

    The 2 QoL improvements I'd love to see, would be some sort of gear score built into the game (not likely to happen) and the ability to see items in your storage when equipping units. I have a hard time throwing thing into storage as I know I may just forget I have it when trying to equip someone.

    What I use for gear at this point is 1) Min sub stat rolls, 2) +9 sub stat rolls 3) Purple vs Red.

    1) For min substat rolls, you'll start to see combos of stuff worth rolling. If you get a 6% CD, 4% attack, 5% def purple piece for example, I'm not going to roll it. 4% attack is half of the starting 8% attack sub stat. Combined with 5% def vs 8% max, it'll just fodder it. However if you got 6% CD, 7% atk, 5% def, I might roll that one just to see. Which leads to...

    2) +9 rolls. Generally speaking, if I get 2 rolls into 1 sub stat, I want that substat to be close to 20% (not speed or CC as they are different). So with the previous gear, if atk rolled 20%, 13% CD, 5% Def, I'd probably keep it and keep going. If it rolled 15% atk, 12% CD, 5% Def, I'd probably use it as fodder. This is for purples, which at this point I'm pickier with.

    3) For purples I'm pickier as you don't get 1 make up roll. Red, if the atk rolled 15%, I know I could bump it above 20% with the 4th roll vs a purple is a new sub stat.


    One last trick for gear. Equipped gear doesn't take up a spot. I grabbed 10 2* monsters and locked them. I then use them to equip + gear I want to keep leveling, but maybe I'm low on charms. Or I'm about to grind a side story and will get a bunch of fodder gear to level them more.

    Also remember that EE counts as equipment for some stupid reason. So if you have 10 EE sitting around from poor rolls, go into the tower and use them as crafting material for 1 EE. Even if I don't use that unit, I'd rather have the space.

    I only use the gear storage for pieces with odd substat combos that start high rolled. Essentially gear that doesn’t have a place now, but could in the future. An example would be ER% main ring with dps substats. You could use it on er bbk, but other than that it is a very niche piece and will likely only be useful when/if they release an er scaling dps.

    I had an ER mainstat lifesteal ring that I accidentally put some charms into and it rolled really well at +6. Morbid curiosity had me keep leveling it just to see what I ended up with and it just kept rolling high into atk%.

    Thus I have a 72 gs lifesteal ring with ER mainstat which I wish I could find a use for :P.

    Yeah her with hwa should be hit hard by dj. I'm working on my team already. Ml kwhazu, tae, dj and a roaming 4th. People all on the Tae sucks bandwagon and I'm like.... Oh? Let me finish murdering this piera hwa group and I'll listen to your blabbing. Tae with ml kwhazu is amazing. I've beat top 100 gw speed comps with it commonly as he just takes hwa out of the fight.

    I'm also kind of excited for momo. Her sleep always seemed to hit at good times. And now it's a 50/50 and she gets more survival too lol.

    Silk is the one I'm really interested in seeing people math out. She's a totally different character now.

    Piera's defense use has gone down since Khawazu's EE for the most part. Testing my DJB today, I actually like him more against COQ than Piera. So far, 100% of the Piera's I've faced in Champ are over 10K, so he doesn't kill them. Which means escort is still up. Additionally she throws restrict on him, which sucks for Eternus. Which so far is my favorite arti. I haven't had to worry about stun or silence (no ACidd's on defense yet) so a ER boosting arti seems like a waste. He also doesn't provide attack buff, so some of my ST sniper units are failing to kill the DPS unit they need to (+Escort).

    The other issue is that my main HWA killer, Khawazu boosts his own CR with AoE. Since he dispels first, he then shoots in front of DJB, erasing HWA's barrier and continuing to almost kill her. Maybe I could re-work him to slow him down, so that he doesn't shoot past DJB, but we'll see.

    Where as with COQ, she boosts him up CR wise, his CR push helps offset her S2, and his S2 hits for 2k-ish for 2 units that have her barrier (granting him another turn).

    I'm also not sure he's good into Piera/SSI. Again her CR boost tends to screw him. She'll boost ahead of him, detonating the bombs. Depending on the rest of the enemy comp though, if you take bruisers maybe they can ride out the damage.
