If he was he would have probably pulled a Qorzm and posted LOLNOOBS and listed those who have contacted him at last night's vote close. Well, maybe not.
But I think he's actually a GE from what I know.

Honestly the theory has appeal to both teams. There is a chance Maximus died to random chance and CJ is honestly a Emperor and there is a somewhat smaller chance that he is a rogue Infidelity pulling the Qorzm play. After tonight we can have a real answer to this question.

Er, why? Then he'd have effectively united both teams negating any advantage he'd have given his team. Possibly he's whatever passes for the Infidelity vigilante (which is really the only way it makes sense) or somehow (pre-game alliance?) is in touch with somebody he trusts who is.

I have to say even though Inglorious and I were dumb. Its great that we were outed as vigilantes, we still managed (I'm assuming with some help) to survive the entire game.

I think these faction games should have at least three sides, or an unknown factor. A game with two is just polarized and falls into place too easily with "we can figure out 'us', and if you're not 'us' you're obviously 'them'".
FFT for example had the Zodiacs to keep everyone cautious, even though it was a two faction game. TehSpectre and I both came out as public figures, but he was a freaking stoner so it was risky for all and it definitely remained an intriguing game.

Yeah, but I had to do a day 1 reveal to stay alive. I had just won the Caves phalla as the wraith.
Not only was I evil as shit, but I was being grudged pretty hard.
All in all, I was surprised to live until day 3 that game.

Are you guys ready to draw that line in the sand?

And little do you realize, I'm immune to all misspellings and misuse of proper (lack of) capitalization.
and one of the teams is the Infidels?
Why is he not dead.

Isn't the going theory that cj is an Infidelity trying to trick the God Emperors?
But I think he's actually a GE from what I know.

I trust it.

We'll always have fisticuffs.
Dude, quit revealing our hidden powers!
On day one?
But Day One is grudge day. Why would you RNG a Day One kill? Your theory suggests the killer has no grudge list.
but this is Phalla. Everyone has a grudge list.

A gentleman finds it uncouth to simply kill a grudge. You must get them killed for it to be classy.
