Anyone who doesnt run out and buy Red Orchestra for 8 dollars is missing out on the deal of the century. That game is worth way more than the 20 bucks I paid for it on Steam.

I'm still not sure if that's a good deal or not. I mean, it's only 25 cents. But it's like paying 25 cents for someone to tell you santa isn't real and then kick you in the balls.
It's not bad if you uh, never played the first.
And everyone should get Rise of Nations. Not the Legends crap, but the original goodness.

Though I do want to try legends sometime, even if it's not as good. RoN was a level of good that makes even a good step down better than a large number of games, RTS's specifically, in the last couple years.
CompOH Opposing Fronts
GalCiv 2
IL-2 Sturmovik
GRAW 2
NWN 2 expansion
Titan Quest expansion
Sword of the Stars
Overlord
Dark Messiah M&M
Blazing Angels 2

American Conquest
Left Behind - a prototypical gag gift
Not sure when I'll have time to play all this, but my bargain hunting side wouldn't allow them to be passed up.
They also had Titan Quest, CompOH, Stalker, Sid Meiers RR, Oblivion expansion, Lego Star Wars 2, and Stalker, plus a lot smaller name stuff. Sadly, no Syberia, Fear, or Combat Mission.

So, do I just order this stuff online for in-store pick up, print a receipt, and then go into said store w/ receipt and they'll honor the prices?
Edit: Looks like I'm too late, only thing left on site worth getting for me would be S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and a friend has that anyway. I'll just wind up borrowing it from him most likely.

Shit. I'm going to get to Circuit City this weekend, just to see if I can pick up Deus Ex: IW for 0.25 and the new Space Quest collection for $4.00. Some of the other titles seem potentially interesting as well.
RED ORCHESTA DAMN IT. Tripwire are the best fucking Devs on the planet and deserve the sales. Ive never gotten so much free content for one game. They also pay close attention the to community on the forums and our suggestions get implemeneted all the time. I really can't understate how cool this game is for the price.

Gothic 3
Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts
EA Strategy Collection
Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth II
Spellforce 2: Shadow Wars
Guild Wars: Nighfall Collector's Edition
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic: Limited Edition
Total U.S. Dollars spent: $52.65
Actual price, according to stickers on boxes: $335.00
A couple of notes:
-Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance was not in their computer. Since we didn't actually care, we got Halo for the nice lady working the register to ring up instead.
-Spellforce 2 does not have to be the Europe version. We're in the middle of New Jersey and got ours for the $4.whatever.
We got gipped, actually. None of the Character Cards advertised on the back. I want my $4 back, goddamnit.
It did come with the Game DVD, the Making Of video, and the Soundtrack.

Mustachio Jones, is there any chance you can post the SKU and UPC of that Nightfall box for me? None of the stores close by to me have it in stock and they can't do area-wide inventory checks by name (which is absolutely retarded).
My CC still had a crapload of stuff. I only picked up NWN2:MoB and Company of Heroes (10 dollars apiece).
They had plenty of Dark Messiah of MM (Should I have picked it up?). I was also tempted to pick up the BF1942 collection for 3 bucks .. but figured I would never open it.
The one game I wanted, Sid Meier's Railroadz was not in. Shucks.
I've already played through Dark Messiah and I loved it. It was the best implementation of first person melee combat in any game I've played. It's a linear story driven Oblivion, pretty much.
Also, not a problem, Dark Lyre. Glad to have helped.
Just picked up CoX. It's the Good vs Evil edition, not vanilla COH or COV (which they had too), for anyone who's looking. My CC had a few other games on the list, but nothing else worth getting. But, the selection at my CC's always been rather anemic, so it seems like at the very least the usual vultures aren't jumping on this sale.

Wow, that looks great. I love getting soundtracks to games, and I always find "Making Of"s interesting.

Spellforce
The CC I went to was lousy, so it didn't have any good games other than the listed four. Of course, I wanted to try out such games as Stalker, and get ahold of classics such as GTA:SA, but none the less, I walked out of that store with games that would've totaled over two hundred costing only thirty dollars in total. It made the Orange Box feel like a rip-off in the end.
For anyone who picks up City of Heroes don't forget to join the PA crew on the Virtue server. The game, like all MMOs, is far more fun with others. We just happen to be the best others around.
I just went to my local Circuit City and they didn't know anything about the clearance, so perhaps it ended. Or perhaps they're incompetent. I was bummed because I wanted to get Opposing Fronts cheap, but I did grab Phoenix Wright for 8 bucks, so I'm happy.
That's a damned shame. The CCs I went to, the employees had absolutely no clue what I was talking about, so I had them ring up STALKER, and lo and behold it was ten bucks. So the group I was with raided their laptop section and checked to see if any of the machines had net access and we pulled the list of games. Using cell phones as walkie talkies, we covert op'd their PC game section.

That sounds like the 24 piss take episode of South Park.

Nah, that should be fine. The guy at CC said their inventory system could do store availability searches with those. Thanks a lot!

There was fairly slim pickings at my store... Anything else I wanted, I already had.

I'd happily pay someone cost + shipping + something extra for both of those
and something totally unexpected.
'Konami Classics Collection: Castlevania I/II/III & Contra/Super C' for PC.
$7.50. Overpriced for something from 2002, but I feel it was definitely worth it.
I couldn't remember what the sale consisted of when I went, but they also had Perseus Mandate(no Alma = no thanks) and a few others, probably.
What.
Shit, I saw both of these
but I won't have a chance to get to CC again for a good while

How often do they do these clearance sales? I can remember seeing threads before, but I can't remember how long ago.
