And yet Jimmy Carter persists, into his 100th birthday today.
Which only further bolsters my stance that Jimmy Carter is sustained by spite. As long as enough people are angry that he's still alive, he will remain alive by sheer force of spite.
Ah well, at least it's one of the least-worst presidents that wound up being the one to make it into the triple digits.
Jimmy Carter is probably the most decent human being to be President, an office so fundamentally evil that it irrevocably stains anybody who touches it
it's a damn shame reagen got away with what he did to carter in the 80 election. pretty much the beginning of the republican coup attempts that they get away with scott free

Grant is the only other one I’d suggest

Coincidentally two of the worst presidents we’ve ever had
now the line is we're sending money to ukraine but not north carolina. you know, in case you were only 99% sure of where the checks were coming from.
I've been countering that with "We could take back the almost $9 billion we've giving to Israel to destabilize the Middle East. That would do wonders for South Carolina."
He also, very crucially, didn't actually want to be President
well, he wasn't for long
charles getout
Always remember the thing that really killed him was the doctors fucking around with the wound without doing ANY KIND OF STERILIZATION OR EVEN WASHING THEIR HANDS because this was still the era where doctors were personally insulted by the idea that you thought they should wash up before handling an open wound.
The man was shot and died like 11 weeks later of fucking sepsis.

The old AP Us history joke was "DUN DUN DUN DUN: And now comes the mysterous cabal of individuals responsible for the deaths of more Presidents than anything else. A mysterious group known only as....
The doctors."

my other favorite tidbit from the Garfield assassination is that Alexander Graham Bell actually built a metal detector to help the doctors find the bullet, but it didn't work because they were examining him on a metal bed frame.
minor incident on
Ah, it stinks, it sucks, it's anthropologically unjust

Bad news on the anti-Semitism front there I'm afraid.
isn't part of the deal in KH that you add X to someone to turn them into a darkness version or something?
seems like without X, there is no darkness
Succumbing to the darkness results in losing the heart. The heart becomes a heartless and the remaining body/soul becomes a nobody. The nobodies names are rearranged from the original person’s name and include an X.
This is different from getting “Norted”, or possessed by Xehanort, as that person may still have their heart

How far the pendulum swings.
Don't get into non-Euclidean geometry or you'll quickly learn that pretty much everything you think you know is actually a lie.

I spent a long time getting the indentation just right
Goddamnit
Seriously anyone else running into this?
Literally no media works. Closest I get is maybe a video appears for a tenth of a second before erroring out.
Avatars stopped loading around fifteen to twenty minutes ago

I assume 100 people tried to look at debate videos and twitter's one remaining media server melted
Oh, I didn’t make the indentation with my head
Video and Images work again and now my raccoon dogs are back

Christine doesn't let me lie on her pillow because I will, and I quote, "use it up".
very normal ceo behaviour
If not for "30-50 feral hogs", there would be darkness.
Found Xehanort

I'm calling up the team of hackers I have working round the clock to get you off that website to tell them to try something else
ah there's your problem
you want hookers for that

So the darkness is there regardless of X.
