    Stretch their bodies vertically, they need to be at least ten heads tall.
    Could also use a running pose or two.

    And a mullet.

    Many artists do that, but Frank Cho is definently not one of them. I've never seen any real person look like a suit of robotic armor or a nine foot tall god of war, and Cho's women have incredibly unrealistic proportions.

    Bringing this back up due to the first of at least two articles from Newsarama featuring a chat with Frank Cho about his work on the Mighty Avengers title, speaking about his hookup with Marvel, teaming up with Bendis, and his look on a few of the characters.

    [spoiler:8d721e87b4]He also adds his own teasing fuel to the rumor fire that there might be someone else in the Iron Man suit by MA#1 if not earlier due to what he says as well as the black & white version of the first issue's cover showing Ms. Marvel giving out the the classic Avenger battle cry.[/spoiler:8d721e87b4]

    I could be worng, but Bendis (who is writing both Avengers' books) I think said in a recent Wizard Magizne interview that Ares would beat Thor in a fight. That's not to say that Marvel won't bring the editorial smackdown on any arcs that have Thor losing a fight to anyone but Hulk, but on the other hand, I guess they usually let Bendis do his own thing, so who knows?

    war= man-made
    thunder/lightning= force of nature.

    war cannot destroy thunder and lightning, thunder and lightning can destroy armies/countries.

    sure i can. odin isnt JUST a god of war, he's war and poetry and crazy. also, he yanked out his own eye.

    the odin vs zeus thing was a measure of cool factor anyway. and cool factor, like flame decals on a car, add around 80 horsepower.

    Ares has been beat before by Hercules, so I'm not liking his chances against Thor. That was before Ares became Marvel's coolest character, though - so things could change.

    There is an infinite amount of things wrong with your reasoning. That's not how gods work in the Marvel universe.

    That is not to say that Bendis isn't totally wrong about Ares being able to beat Thor, though.

    We are talking about comic book Thor.
