You may want to check your junk mail folder. I requested the key twice. The second time I cleared out my junk mail and bam, there it was (even though it was a yahoo to yahoo email).
As far as running a crew, I'm already running with Zion and in the hole with the Machines and the Exiles.

IMPORTANT: When your running missions, clear the room then run your mouse cursor over every item to see if it has loots in it. Desks, paintings on walls, filing cabinets, cardboard boxes. Your supply of health pills will come from these hidden loots. Be thorough.
If you hit V on the keyboard, it highlights everything that you can loot.

On another note, I ran a mission out of the church and went up against a level 13, three chevron, construct of some sort. I just made 12 and was enjoying killing gangsters from afar. This guy rocked me. Hard. I ran, put everything into martial artist and fought him again using karate and kung fu. He still rocked me. Hard.

Yeah, that's something that's getting on my nerves. I really can't devote too much time to the game and I'm still just level 13. At best, I can do a level a day, and I'm sure that's going to go to half a level a day in the later points.

Yeah stay far far away from anything Smith related until oh level 50..
Honestly they couldn't make this more hostile to new players if they tried.
All the events are geared for the 10 people that still play at level 50. Theres no equipment for sale by players because everyone is level 50 and doesn't need anything. Just kind of sad actually cause with some good patches and a decent player base this game might be decent.
I'm level 16 and it's taking me forever to get anywhere. I figured I wouldn't worry about trying to level (as that takes forever and I'm only at 16), but there is also very little to do. I'm constantly filling my inventory with garbage. The archived missions are taking me into restricted areas with gangs far higher level than I am. I'm tired of doing the same assassination missions over and over. I'm just bored, and my free trial isn't even over.
I don't see how someone could start now and go to level 50.

When I first played this I had a Hovercraft name of the "Wardriver". I thought it hilarious.
I really wish they had actually put in some type of hovercraft thing where you could "log out" and have a guild headquarters of sorts.
