    Well, also need to know:

    Graphics card
    Memory (Amount/# of sticks)
    How many harddrives/cd/dvd
    Any case fans? LEDs?

Here is a simple power supply calculator from Newegg.com

the processor you linked is marked "OEM", this usually means there's no processor processor cooling. You NEED one of those. If you get a "retail box" processor it will include an average cooler (not suited for overclocking). If you wanted to stick with your OEM processor you can buy a 3rd party cooler (sold as coolers or HSF - heatsink fans).

Whether you want a case fan or not is up to you. It's a cheap investment to help evacuate hot air from your case. It's a good idea usually.

Dont go crazy with the fans tho, gets noisy fast (and i'm talking F18 jet noisy). Bigger fans move more air at quieter speeds, so get 120s if you can.
