Thought this may be of interest:

Positech Games is pleased to announce that character art for the upcoming
game 'Kudos 2' will feature artwork by Jamie McKelvie

http://jamiemckelvie.com/

You may know Jamie's artwork from here:
http://www.phonogramcomic.com/

Jamie's art style seems a perfect match for the game, which will feature
customizable 2D avatars. The art style also fits in perfectly with the
subtle sense of 'Britishness' in all of Positech's games.

Kudos 2 is the sequel to the award winning turn based life sim game 'Kudos'
which gives you control of ten years of a characters life. Positech games is
a small UK-based independent PC developer that has made games for 11 years.
Designer and coder Cliff harris used to work at Elixir and Lionhead doing
gameplay and AI programming. he also briefly worked on prototyping for the
Sims division at EA.
Positech games is best known for the games Kudos (http://www.kudosgame.com)
and Democracy (http://www.democracygame.com).

Bit of a self-plug but I know many people are big fans of his work, and of gaming, so should be a nice match,

I'm really looking forward to this. I enjoy playing Kudos, but I'm one of the sad gits who thinks it's a touch too depressing, so a lighter version with one of my favourite artists on board is right up my street.
