Calypso, having wrecked the real world with his races, started to look towards other places of interest, but even as he looked through the worlds out there, he couldn't fing any one suitable for his desires. Then, atlast he found the perfect place. Laughing to himself, he started his ploy to find racers for his mad car race amongst the population of the new place.
It's time to rumble!

A: Not your traditional phalla, as everyone is trying to kill everyone else... There will be voting and such ofcourse ^^
Rules
All normal Phalla rules apply, no sharing of PMs by screen shots or direct quotations, though the information contained therein may be shared indirectly such as by rephrasing.
No anonymous contact is allowed. Any communication must be traceable to a specific player as source.
Have fun play smart.
ALL PMs are to be sent to BOTH FrostMist and CoreGoon.
All forums created must be linked to both FrostMist and CoreGoon.
There will be two vote types.
The winner of the Pink Vote will receive some random Good Stuff (tm). Example: !Vote CoreGoon
The "winner" of theRed Vote will receive some random Bad Stuff (tm). Example: !Vote FrostMist
You CAN’T vote for yourself. You must vote for someone else, at ALL times. Also – retractions are done in Cyan for the Pink Vote and Lime for theRed Vote!
The votes will be removed if/when there are less then three players left.
We’re expecting that you at least post twice each day and vote. Failure to do so will result in 1 warning and then, if nothing is done - the destruction of your car
Victory Condition: Last Car Standing!
All cars will have the following Characteristics:
Health Points: Everyone will start with 100 HP. No exceptions. Armor ranges from 1 to 5 (but may go higher/lower). Each point of Armor will reduce all damage taken by 10%. Special ranges from 1 to 5 (but may go higher/lower). When you perform your Special Attack the damage is determined by multiplying Special by 10. Speed ranges from 1 to 5 (but may go higher/lower). Your Speed/2 (round up) determines the number of squares you may move every day. It also determines your initiative (no math skills necessary), I will get back to that.
Starting Cash/Income: This is the amount of hard cash you start the game with, and how much you earn each day. There may be bonuses.
Every day you may perform the following actions in varying order:
Use up to three doses of NITRO.
Move one or more squares, depending on your Speed. you can't move diagonally tho!
Attack one or more cars, you have two attacks every turn (day). One of these attacks may be your Special Attack.
Shop: Everyone earns money every day. More if you kill someone. Strangely enough, post mortem shopping still happens. If you bought enough healing to bring you wrecked heap of metal up to a positive number of Health Points; you're still live! For now...
Initiative:
Your Speed determines your initiative. When all orders have been sent in we will process them as follows.
1. Highest current initiative: All attacks on that initiative - all movement on that initiative.
2. Second highest initiative: All attacks on that initiative - all movement on that initiative.
3. Third highest initiative: All attacks on that initiative - all movement on that initiative.
4. Etc, etc, until all initiatives have been counted.
Note that no matter the number of squares you are able to move you will still only move one square per initiative phase.
For example, if you're Speed is 5 you may move a total of 3 squares. On initiative 5 you will move one square after attacks. On initiative 4 you will move another square after attacks. On initiative 3 you will move your last square after the attacks on initiative 3. For this reason you need to announce to us which squares you will be moving through.
You may elect to perform one or more of your attacks later then your first initiative. Maybe because you want to move to the neighbouring square first for example. In any casy you must always specify a target car.
Oh - almost forgot one important thing!
Vote Close will be at 11PM GMT+1 (think that translates to 5pm EST, but not sure)
The main man here is FrostMist.
CoreGoon is merely a sidekick. Sort of.
The Shop!
Price – Name of Weapon – Damage – Special effects
Free - Machine Gun: 10, unlimited ammo
300 - Nitro: +1 speed pr dose, max 3 doses each day, will put out all "on fire" conditions
500 - Fire: 25
500 - Lightning: 25 damage to 1 specific square (square changes each day)
750 - Homing: 15, max one square away.
850 - Napalm: 30/20/10, added effect: puts someone on fire.
1000 - Ricochet: 20/15/10/5 - minimum 5
1400 - Remote: 40/20, fun for the whole square
1400 - Power: 50
1800 - Healing: Heals 20 after everything that day (may save your life, can't be saved)
A small (big) clarification may be in order for these items.
Napalm gives 30 damage to the target. Next day (uh, slow fire) he takes 20 more damage. The day after that he takes 10 and then it stops burning. The damage is taken right after the phase in which NITRO! is used. Actual use of NITRO! will stop any further damage. You will be informed if you are on fire.
Ricochet will hit your target reguardless of where they are or how far away. The damage depends on how far the ricochet travels. Same square= 20 damage. One square away gives 15, two squares away gives 10, more then two squares gives 5 points of damage.
Remote is left in an area and then activated once you have moved away and will therefore default to one initiativ lower then your highest, unless you blow it while in the same square... It deals 40 damage to everyone in that square and 20 damage to anyone entering that square on that initiative.
!questions/clarifications in orange?
!: What with all the mobility, and it looks like all attacks are either same-square, 1 square off, or pretty much random (lightning), should we expect that many attacks will become invalid when we actually try to make them, and/or is lining up the range and guessing your target's movements a large part of the game?

Orange works great.
Lightning will strike 1 square, predetermined each day - which will probably not be the same each day.
lining up the range, and guessing your targets movement is indeed a large part of the game - which is why one has the red vote as well, tho what the effects of that one is - I ain't saying. What you will see as things progress - is that it becomes a strategy game of sorts - but hopefully it will be all good

Map!
This is the area you will be moving on:
You should be.
I expect nothing less than greatness.
Since I'll probably die in the BSG phalla.
I'm down for some 'splosions!
WARTHOG 4 LYFE
Dibs on Spectre.
Demon car is called Minion
Yes, him. Is he in this one?
bottom left car in the big picture on the top
Oh god...
This looks interesting. Particularly so because I'm interested to see how the mechanics of this game work out.
Too late, psychocucumber. Cat's out of the bag.
No, it's not, it's still right here....
Oh, you meant metaphorically. My mistake.

Just fyi I should have had one of the reserve seats, so if you were counting me as one of the two last spots then there are still two spots left.

! Will the square targeted by lightning each day be public knowledge or random+secret?
It will be announced to the thread at the start of each day.
