I got a shit-load of clothes, a wangload of cash, and the PA comic books.
I also got, the Cowboy Bebop series (DVD), Elfen Lied series (DVD), Red Vs Blue series 1,2,3 and 4 (DVD's), and loads of Cambodian clothes from my one brother, who has moved on to Vietnam since.
Story of Woe: I got so drunk last night (christmas eve) that, when slaughtered, i asked the unbelievably hot barmaid for her number, after speaking to her for about 2 minutes. I slurred my words so badly though, she could've thought i'd asked her for anything. She, quite rightly, replied with a smile.... and a shake of the head.
...if she had said yes i'd have lost all respect for her.
I got a 4 GB Sandisk MP3 player (which has thus far only succeeded in making me want to smash my computer). It seems cool though, it can do voice recordings.
Three Eric Clapton CDs. Never really listened to him before, but I have to say I like his music.
My mom got me a book on the Kalevala. Its a collection of mythological stories from Finnish folklore. Its pretty cool, apparently the version I got is the best English translation there is.
What I find even more cool is that the Kalevala is one of the main sources of inspiration that JRR Tolkein had for the Lord of the Rings and all those other associated books.
I didn't get anything super huge like a PS3 or a Wii, but still a good christmas by all accounts.
So my girlfriend didnt get me Katamari Darcy for Christmas, but I did manage to get a whole load of Tony Hawk games so I'll keep a couple and trade them in tomorrow at EB. I'll beat her for not getting me Katamari, but only half a beating cos she also got me Ultimate Spider-man
Also, her brother got me
Which is so completely awesome. Her dad got me a case of awesome beer. I love her family
I got some slippers. I really, really, like slippers. And a comic book version of "The Fountain" (I liked the movie) and I think I'll get a gift certificate to our gigantic mall.
I got a Powershot 600 Digital Elph. It's freaking incredible camera. It's small 6 megapixel and the screen is gigantic and it can record 640x480 30fps video. Also some ski clothes, a couple books, Penn and Teller's "Bullshit!" season 1, a voltmeter and lots of candy. Also my sister gave me a tin of cookies and has subscribed me in the "cookie of the month" club where she sends me cookies every month for 6 months. Awesome.

Hey, so what are games should I get for my PS2. Anything not Guitar Hero. I still have memories of Nameless without a shirt with a little guitar strapped to his pale body and lack-of-chest

Shaun's cricket bat has an unusually long handle.
What type of games do you like?
Katamari, Ultimate Spidey, Tony Hawke series on the PS2
I read through it, but I didn't find it particularly helpful. It was all pretty common sense stuff... like what courses to take and stuff like that. And after each job there was a few pages dedicated to why the job sucked. Which pretty much kills any interest in any job.

Call of Duty 2, Battlefield 1942 on my computer
Halo on my friends Xbox
*ahem* Goldeneye on my N64
Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.
It's pretty much the same as the Spider-Maan game except you are the Hulk so you throw tanks.

I'm curious enough to grab it from a library if I get the chance, though you aren't making it sounds all that worth my time.
I have a rather large family, plus my parents are divorced so I have step-relatives as well, so I did very well this year.

Hey Jeff. I'm "Irond Will" on xbl. and I've got the whole week off.
Its funny, firefly is $25 total (shipping included) from the amazon.com website, yet about $50 or more from the amazon.ca website.
Left hand ain't talkin to the right hand.
The US site is running a sale on various stuff, and I guess that kind of thing doesn't transfer to the various sites (Venture Bros and Robot Chick for $9 each!). Seems a bit stupid to not at least sync up the .com and .ca sites, but that's business:)

A good translation of Goethe's Faust.
Some CDs from my brother.
A book on breaking into the videogame industry, with illustrations by Gabe.
My cousin got one of these, I was so god damn jealous.
Which one is that? Not that I particularly want to break into that game industry, but I am kind of curious.

But I wish you luck in your endeavor.

If you look on Amazon, Firefly is one of their crazily discounted TV DVDs, running you all of $20. At that price you can't afford NOT to get it

It's just that it is only using one finger.
