I hate to refer to this, but I can view it from the first appearance of "Flash" in Smallville.
At the end of the episode, Bart and Clark are racing, Bart turns, gives Clark a wink and salute, and books it. Way beyond Clark's top speed. It was a good illustration. (but damn do I hate Smallville.)

That's the only Smallville episode I've ever liked.
Now that the entire series is done, has anyone gone back and read all of Countdown from start to finish? If so, does the reduction of time between each issue help with the flow and pacing (and coherancy) of the story?

Eh closer to $120 with 20 percent folder discount. I was just shocked I got such a large quick turnaround on the auction. I got another $30 for the Search for Ray Palmer one-shots and Countdown: Arena. So that was $105 I got to put towards my vacation from work next week. I consider it a win.
I keep the first 25 issues (thats how long it took me to drop it) of Countdown beside my crapper, and I've been reading through them all again from the start. I'm really dissapointed at how much of a good thing it could have been. Just reading the first few issues, I can think of such great stories that should have sprung out of it.

As if anyone would ever think that claim would mean something, but you gotta plan for every eventuality.
