volunteering next year?

i'd really like to volunteer in 05 and this year i was told that all volunteer slots were full. what's the best way to get on something like that?

    Just make sure you comitt to stay the WHOLE time. If anyone deserts me again for 3 shifts in a row cause they need "sleep" or whatever im going to come and cut their bawls off with a rusty spoon.
