Well the big emotional moment in this issue probably won't be as emotional for you but it's pretty easy to pick up the important parts by from the context of the conversation
Mephisto does a lot of things that don't make sense for a guy who's basically Satan.
Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if Bendis just chose to ignore continuity on this matter.
Also, if Clint is a Skrull, why would he call Cap a Skrull before trying to shoot him?
Same reason everyone was calling each other Skrulls at the beginning of the issue.
The thing is noone would have heard him from that spot, which approves my idea about him being a sleeper skrull.
Besides I do not recall that day thing existing before, may be skrulls implemented that memory into his brain to make belive other heroes that it is true?
Also How cool wwas that Wolverine Colossus Cyclops skrull!!!!

yeah, it's not like any of the heroes present have super-hearing, psychic powers, or other means of overhearing something whispered from 50ft away.
besides, as i was taught during my training as an international superspy*, you don't come out of deep cover for anything that isn't really, really important. if Clint is a skrull, he'd be killing Cap-skrull in order to 'prove' that Clint himself is not a skrull. that's not exactly the right moment to say things like "mua ha ha, our skrullishly evil plan is coming along skrullishly! now i will skrull my fellow skrull, who is shapeshifted to look like Captain America, which will skrull the foolish Avengers into believing that i am not a skrull! skrull skrull skrull!"
Yes, but. What are those two panels supposed to signify? Was it supposed to be like
Panel 1: Show horrified faces to convey to the reader how fucked shit is.
Panel 2: Do a 1.1X zoom on the horrified faces to further convey to the reader how fucked shit is
Because I seriously don't see what the point of those two nearly-identical panels, one right after the other, was.
