no this is gonna be a middle-east style hangin'

on a crane, lifting him slowly so he suffocates and defecates himself.

    everyone defecates themselves, pony

    EVERYONE

ps, know what is harsh, Marathon? Killing hundreds of people is harsh

Im well aware of what he did to get put in the position to be put to death in the first place. I was a bit surprised at this particular manner of execution as I had never heard of it done that way before.

How come people sentenced to death never try headbutting the guards and making a break for it?

I mean, you'll get shot to death, but so what?

Run, you stupid faggot, they are going to kill you.

Also, I think that Iraqi law or some shit says that he has to be hanged. Maybe I'm just dumb and wrong.

I mean, in Cuba we're imprisoning some people without any chance of legal representation for going on five years now, and that's less than 100 miles from the US.

Iraq is on the other side of the planet. I guess we can basically do whatever we want there, huh?

oh so thats how it works

no, it's really not, but it's fun to say that it is in order to make a political point

See the big deal is that Saddam was a prisoner of war, and should have been tried by a UN-established tribunal just like Slobodan MiloÅ¡ević, but instead we established a puppet government and handed him over to them for trial and execution.

Getting rid of Saddam Hussein makes the world a better place. Of course, you can "get rid" of him in a variety of ways. So, is it the "getting rid" of him that you have a problem with, or is it just the means you dislike?

there was some faggitron on the news just now

i had to turn it off because i wasn't interested in hearing his bullshit

getting all wheepy because a hideous monster who killed thousands of people is going to die.

RIGHT NOW THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE DYING IN SOMALIA AND A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T CARE

    Perspective, people. Perspective.

Getting upset because the dude's death probably isn't going to do much besides set off an already delicate situation in a variety of different places is a legit thing to have mixed feelings on the subject or be outright opposed to.

Whining because he doesn't deserve it is some highly pretentious "every human life is sacred no matter what!" bullshit.

Well, now I have learned something today, and I thank you.

I have a bad feeling that other people have mentioned that his execution is going to lead to alot of violence in the form of retaliation by those that used to be loyal to him.

I'm sort of nervous about it. I think it's really bad timing. It's about to go into Hajj. Ethopia's beating the shit of Somalia. Palestine is in a day-by-day on/off civil war. The "Muslim World" is in a pretty delicate state right now and this could be a pretty fierce match to light the powder keg.
