I need help finding collectible #11. I've tried searching everywhere, but can't find it. Also I seem to be missing 50 spare parts in Pelican bay. I've searched everywhere for that as well and couldn't find them. I got the briefcase (?) near the flying pricks game already and the seagull past the gate of silence.
