Stuck before pelican bay

This is at what point I am at, currently I am stuck and can't do anything really.

I have collected all parts on Desperation Street, Hobo Alley.

I currently have:

Giant Gear
Giant Winding Key
Slum Lord Hair
"On" Switch

I have killed all the trash cans, James now just sits there and sings. Anne just tells me that there may be something in Pelican Bay, I've killed the Slum Lord, made and ate the hobo soup. I've returned home to get the giant screw and returned it to Anne. Also Dr.Pee just screams at me.

I currently have the first weapon upgrade for all characters and also have the Cat/Anne/Fuschia.

I have absolutely no clue what to do now.

    Did you actually give the key and gear to Anne?

    There is no way for me too give her the key as she just gives me the options to upgrade weapons or tells me to go to pelican bay

    I am also having trouble like this.There is no way I can give the gear and key to Anne.The only thing I did not do is to give the meat to that guy cause he won't accept Hobo meat (help with that would be great as well)

    There is a machine at the Shithouse that will stamp the meat for you.

    Return with the key after you find it and before you complete anything else. That fixed the exact same problem for me.

    I've found that only pirated games have that problem.

    Does anyone have a savegame after you give anne those items before you get the ticket to pelican bay?
