Purchasing hardware for the old world

We all know about Newegg and TigerDirect, which apparently do a pretty good job with supplying cowboys and lumberjacks with computer parts. However, where do us poor, lowly euros shop?

I bring this up specifically because I need to build a new rig/get a laptop soon-ish, and I've been completely unable to find a decent place that ships to The Netherlands. As much as I enjoy carrying arms full of delicate electronics onto the tram, I can't help but get the feeling that online shopping is the way to go here.

So, any suggestions? Who should I give my hard-earned cash to?

komplett, maybe? Although I hear they're shutting down somewhere but I think that's just the UK arm. As for laptops, don't dell sell everywhere? They've got some good ones.
