No offense to D&D, but I wouldn't really reccomend running one there. The last game I ran with thorgot there was a trainwreck of inactivity, as were the previous and following games.
Whenever you want to run a mini, just get it ready and then ask the person running a full game at the time for common courtesy to see if they are ok with it. Mostly to see if anyone else asked to run one.
The rules here state we can have 2 mini games running at any given time.

Whoever asked me to run a mini (one or two of you did), now would be fine if you really wanted to.
I just didn't want a huge distraction when 85 people were tied up.
A number are dead now, so it'd probably be fine.

Man I was just about to go to sleep but I had a great idea for a Phalla.
It would be best run in G&T though so it'll probably never come to be.
System Warz:Sega VS. Nintendo.
Sega would probably be the villians in the whole affair, blast processing and doing what Nintendon't, but it could be easily run with neither faction being evil and trying to kill the fanboys.
The secret faction of one would be the TG-16 of course, with only one member, Johnny Turbo.

I think a better run game would revolve around iconic characters banding per series.
4 Mario Game, 4 Zelda, 4 Megaman, etc. Each group has a win condition, then add in one shot characters and a mafia made up of Greatest Villians.
Qorzm/Spectre are postponing theres. Gorilla Salad isn't ready to run his, and I don't want to run a phalla while running my Survivor Game, so thankfully Thorgot has stepped up and is going to run the next big Phalla. Survivor should be done after that though .
I will sign up to hold a spot tentatively for phalla royale 3 pending various circumstances. Especially since folks are delaying turns, maybe it won't take as long as we thought to get a turn?

in other news my phalla creeps closer and closer and I am getting worried I won't have it complete and awesome upon release.
I guess I could spend some time developing it over the summer.
