An Empire, long divided, must unite: long united, must divide.
There is rampant corruption in the Government. Peasants are dying from floods, plagues and locusts. Those who do not die from natural disasters will starve to death due to the high taxes opposed upon them by the Government. The people are ready for a change. Are you?
Overview:
Welcome to the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Phalla. This is a phalla that will include 3 factions with spies from the other factions hidden amongst each faction. Standard phalla roles are included as well as some non standard ones. For those of you who don’t know what a phalla is, check it out here.
No prior knowledge of the lore is needed as this game is only loosely based on it, but it could come in handy.
Note: There will be voluntary conversion in this game, if you do not want to play with voluntary conversion (person being converted can choose to convert or not), don’t sign up.
Disclaimer: Almost everyone has a power this game and the game may be unbalanced, but I took the time to look for any potential game breakers and tried my best to make sure that everyone has an even shot at winning.

Rules:
Voting:
You most vote for one person within your faction in !Red. This is to get rid of the traitors within your faction. The top vote is then interrogated. If the winner was a traitor then they are killed. If the winner was a loyal member then they instead are driven to the point of insanity, and lose all their powers for the rest of the game.
You must also vote for an additional person from any faction in !Magenta. The winner of this vote is tried for treason and executed.
Inactivity:
I won’t make a post requirement that you have to follow, but please don’t be inactive or you will be replaced. Make sure you send in your actions and cast a vote each night.
Vote/Action Close:
Votes and Actions are deemed final by 9 P.M. EST, 6 P.M. Pacific, only actions/votes from 8:59 P.M. EST and before count.
Notice:First Day will begin sometime Friday and last until Sunday at 9PM. In addition, I need to leave town next weekend from Friday evening to early Sunday, thus that will be an extended day as well, lasting from 9 PM on Thursday to 9PM on Sunday. Go enjoy your summer weekends!

- Guards will only prevent ONE assassination attempt.
- Deaths will be player and role only, not method of death, although hints may be given in the narration.
- Powers and mechanics in this game WILL change as time goes on.
- Beginning Leaders:
- Shu – Emperor Ling
- Wei – Cao Cao
- Wu – Sun Quan
- A leader has two lives.
- Each night the leaders will PM me his/her choice for the next person to take the throne. If that leader dies, the person he/she chooses will become the new leader.
- Standard Phalla Rules Apply: No Anonymous Contact, No Contact between the living and the dead, No quoting of Role PMs/Screenshots etc. If you have a question of whether something is allowed please ask me for a clarification first.
- You may only post in your thread, but you may communicate with anyone through other means (PM, IM, Proboards, etc).
- Send me the links to any Proboards you decide to use.
Voting:

!Clarification: Does a leader's extra life work against the execution vote or interrogation vote?
Works against the execution vote, if they are interrogated they still lose all their powers.
I'm confused about last faction standing, does that mean we just have to kill the other two clans or get rid of spies too?
You have to be the last faction standing, meaning no spies can be alive and both clans have to have no members alive.
Both the interrogation and the execution votes come AFTER all actions.
Unless expressly stated as such, all abilities are cross-kingdom.

Dead Thread, including Roles and Nightly Actions
Death of Emperor Huan – 168 A.D.
There was once an Emperor named Emperor Zhi whose rule was tenuous and ruthless. His violent oppression to those who stood in his way certainly caused a few citizens to turn their heads. One of those citizens was a young boy by the name of Huan. Huan made it his duty to make sure that Emperor Zhi was removed from power. In order to do so, he enlisted the help of the Eunuchs, which were a very organized group of scrupulous individuals. With the Eunuchs backing him up, he succeeded in assassinating Emperor Zhi and claimed the throne.
However, the Eunuchs demanded compensation for the help that they provided and Huan was so appreciative that he put many of them in prominent government positions. This led to heightened amounts of corruption in the government, this corruption became so rampant that hundreds of students decided to stage a protest in order to ask Emperor Huan to remove the Eunuchs from power. Instead of listening to the students, he had them all imprisoned. It turned out he was not that far from the tenuous and ruthless leader that Emperor Zhi was. The corruption and terrible leadership by Emperor Huan caused people to look for other leaders to follow. This caused China to become divided and eventually the drift became so great that there were rebellions and deaths everywhere. Emperor Huan did nothing to stop this during his reign and soon died of old age, causing an 11 year old boy named Ling to ascend to the throne. With all the warring states in China, what could an 11 year old boy do to help unite China? Only time can tell.

I was not looking forward to working on it once I saw Shu was up to 8 pages, what kinda shenanigans is that. It seems you've got a good reputation for this kinda thing. I'll stick with the crowd and go !hylianbunny, although it seems that the other threads may be worth a read already. I'm assuming FrostMist made a mistake on that post, so I'll withhold my red vote from him for now since I'm sure something will come up before the end of the day.

I bow out in advance out of any nominated role, as my time zone means that I'll be at work when most negotiations are done. Thus, I would be a poor negotiator.
