    I hadn't had an ice-cream-on-a-stick in many years. Then, when I came back to school for the summer quarter I felt myself feeling very homesick/out-of-place/anxious. After class on the second day I decided to take a walk around the city and just see what had changed in the 2 years since I'd been away.

    I ended up stopping in a little soda-pop shop for a BLT and chips and on impulse got a chocolate-vanilla crunch pop on my way out.

    It picked my mood right up.

    I love comfort foods.

    It's noon here and my uncle and aunt were telling me yesterday that only stupid westerners go outside at noon because it's way too hot.
