    beer baron episode

edited for more helpfulness: they need to think of a plan to get beer to the people. the scene right before they go to the cemetery "if not back, avenge our deaths"

Great episode, also includes one of my favorite brief exchanges (not verbatim):

Marge: Homer, what are you doing?
Homer: Oh, I'm not gonna lie to you Marge... (pauses) So long! (walks outside)

And of course my favorite fallback toast if nothing else comes to mind:

"To alcohol! The cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems."

Should have been a rock star.

Perhaps one of the best Simpsons episodes of all time. Everything from the Beer Baron to Bathtub Mint Juleps.

Rex Banner: Pet shop, eh? Well, I have one thing to say about that. What kind of pet shop is filled with rambunctious yahoos and hot jazz music at 1:00 in the morning?
Moe: Er, uh ... the ... best damn pet shop in town!

I love that line. The actual line is "Why do you have so many bowling balls?"
    Homer's line there is correct.
My other favorite line is Rex Banner in the pet shop - "Pet shop, eh? Well, I just have one question. What kind of pet shop is filled with rambunctious yahoos and hot jazz music at 1 am?" | Moe: "Uh, the best damn pet shop in town!"

"Damn you and your Daily Doubles, you brigand!"

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?

It's no "Streetcar Named Marge" though.

No way, the streetcar episode sucks. I crack up every time the drunks climb the tower and interrupt Kent's newscast in the beer baron episode. "Have you seen Sully?"

Nothing beats the episode where Homer gets a gun to protect the family.

    ...

    Then end.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite episode.
Homer: "Five days?! But I'm mad now! I'd kill you if I had my gun!"
Gun shop guy: "Yeah, well, you don't."

And then his muttering rant as he leaves and goes home is priceless.
