    And now that I think about it, it could also be that Sarah Ehret is a shape-shifter of some kind and looks like Mary Jane in her superhero form simply because she idolizes her and wants to, physically, be her.

    It's supposed to hint at characters that have major stories coming up soon.

    Except for Catwoman, who Adam Hughes added against Dan Didio's wishes.
