    Bookmarked you for later reading.

Right now I'm having a tiny bit of trouble reading the text at times, but it's still way more legible than my handwriting is:). Looks promising so far.
You'd think I'd get more complaints about the handwriting, but it's one of the smallest issues people seem to have with the comic.

Because of this I'm always surprised when people bring it up but I guess it's something that eventually someone is going to have an issue with.

somehow your comic reminds me of the first few webcomics i read (goats anyone?)

loving them so far. i'm only at day 68, but i'm already happy that there's still a lot of days left.

    good show.

    *Just read some more*

Overall the handwriting is pretty good, it's mainly in the smaller dialogue balloons that it starts to become a little hard to read-- also there's occaisionally stuff like a's that look like u's and that sort of thing. There hasn't been anything that I couldn't read, though.

You have a great storytelling sensibility, and for the most part your art style complements it really well. Often when people say "that's just my style" it's a cover for weaknesses in the art, however in your case a lot of the criticisms one could make really are the idiosyncracies of your style, and trying to "fix" them would deprive the comic of a lot of it's charm. Also, overall the comic seems to strike just the right balance between whimsy and matter-of-fact realism, and that's something that can't really be taught.

Someone who reads a lot of auto-bio comics might be able to give you a more stringent critique, personally I'm just happy whenever I find a comic that's got some individuality and resonance, which makes it hard for me to be too critical. I'll definitely be keeping up with this one.

I could have sworn "Dammit Jim!" was some famous line from some TV show that I don't watch, like Star Trek or ER.

Also thanks for the clip, i hadn't seen that before :)

    I had no idea:

    ""I'm a doctor, not a(n)..."

When McCoy is pressed to perform or give an opinion as something other than a doctor, he often remarks "I'm a doctor, not a(n)...", concluding with whatever profession he has been asked to perform. Popular culture often precedes the saying with "Dammit, Jim" although this expletive was never used in the original series in which profanity was uttered only once. The expletives "Dammit, Jim" or "Dammit, Spock" do frequently appear in the films, however they were still not often paired with "I'm a doctor, not a ..." routine."

Dunno if you guys are interested in this, but I sometimes ask readers to submit their pics and then I draw them in my style on my forum. I suppose I could take some pics here if you guys don't wanna registers somewhere else.

Here's the thread where I'm currently doing it.

Haha, it's just the simple but expressive art style I love. I don't have too much to complain about except for the fact that sometimes it just looks a tad too messy - and the text can be a pain to read at times.

    Okay, I'll be honest,

Any ideas I have for a comic are downright bizarre

Do you want the "Allan" persona in the comics, or is a brief insight into our own lives okay?
