I have a room reserved for pax at the sheraton I got back in Feb. My parents live just a little ways away so if anyone wanted to buy the room from me, if the offer was good enough I would gladly accept. I have it up on Craigslist too. Its a non-smoking two bed (with a view haha (like that matters)). And how it would work is we would meet on the 28, exchange currency, then transfer the room to you on the computer. Boom, done. So it would be under your name and card. Check in is the morning of the 29th. Check out is by noon on the 1st. The room is 589 for that or you could knock off a night and bring it too around 390 me thinks. I registered online with Holiday Inn. When I needed to change my registration, I went through Tier 3 customer support only to learn that I have to pay for nights that I did not stay there.
Unless the local Holiday Inn agrees to let me out of my contract.
In two days I will let this group know if they let me change my reservation without paying for nights i did not use their rooms.
Meanwhile, I suggest not using Holiday Inn online reservations.
