follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given
their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

Swearin' and Drinkin'.
Also: how to be hot if you're a redhead.
I will meet you in the Northa Dakota part of Pike Place, next to the Stripper Mall and the Hula Hoop factory.
I might make it now and just start with a song that I've already covered with my delicate homo-folk.
Is Blackstreet's "No Diggity" a good place to start? I think it might be a bit out there.

It's like an English class but for Irish, if that makes sense. We have to do poetry and essays and stories and shit like that.
What language are the writings in? Out of curiosity? I mean, is it just stuff by Irish authors in general or does it all have to be in gaelic or whatever?
Everything's in Irish. Everything.
On the lower level paper some of the questions are asked in English, but with us it's all Irish.
I just use Audacity and a Rock Band mic, so I'm not too concerned about gear quality here.
I will walk and I will play
But the day after today
I will stop
And I will start
What? Musicians conceited? No way!
I love the derision a lot of people who are mediocre guitarists or drummers give people who play Rock Band.
EDIT: It's probably the same derision I used to give people who use game builders instead of learning a programming language.
EDIT2: Except I'm not a mediocre programmer - I'm an awesome programmer.
yeah headaches after testing, and six weeks till the glasses arrive!
I don't care about the quality of the recording, I care about the sound.
If I use GarageBand everything comes out sounding synth-y because my instrumentation is limited (I play keyboard and have no guitar or drum set).
If I use Pro Tools I have a lot more control over the sound. I can attach patches to beats and overall it comes out sounding a lot less synthy.
ahhh, that's a good point. i know the pain of synthy sound.
edit: and it sounds like the 80s
True story.
And me.
What and typo? That must've been created when someone quoted me.
*cough*
I can teach you final cut
Final cut? That could be the name of an emo band.
Quiet you
We could have changed the name to "The 80s Cover Contest."
Anyone can recommend a decent sequencer for a mac? Used to love cubase when I was on a windows platform, but now I need something mac-compatible. And easily acquired.
garageband?
i honestly don't know what to tell you. Garageband is basically a dumbed down cubase that's easy to use and not unbelievably powerful. if you want something more full fledged, go with either cubase or pro tools.
this trade sounds fair and honorable
