With the exception of 4, I have taken a week of vacation time for the release of every silent hill game. Including skipping high school classes for a week when the first one came out.
I have never really played a Silent Hill game. Should I get this?
Also as soon as I saw "Silent Hill" in the title, I knew who made it.

you can scan to find them, they're just invisible at first
it's actually quite easy, the basic gameplay is on-rails adventure stuff with FPS combat. it's only ten dollars so there's no excuse. it's kind of arty. you should watch a video.
its been my experience that the pc versions are never ever good

Better than the PS2 version, at any rate
I played the xbox versions of 2 and 4
they were pretty good
silent hill 4 is apparently bc on the 360 but that can mean anything from 'plays flawlessly' to 'the screen is green and hitting buttons makes sparks fly into your eyes'
