It's really interesting to see how it was more of the fault of the administration than the man himself. Cheney was the real puppetmaster behind the entire thing, and all he needed was George jr. and his two-dimensional view of the world to get the job done.
Also, I've been wanting to see W. too. It's been getting mixed reviews, but i'd still like to see it none the less, Josh Brolin looks to have done an awesome job from the previews.
Also Shrub (little bush, geddit?) has always been the sock puppet for Cheney and Rumsfeld (when he was around). Still there's no excuse for idiocy.
I find it hard to respect Powell. "Lets go get the WMDeez!!!"
I'm sure he was just caught up in the lies like everyone else, but still. Shitbag.
Actually he was the only one out of the group thoroughly against it. At least that's how he was portrayed in the movie. He was kind of forced to go along with the views of the others.
He also told Cheney to fuck off in one of the scenes.
EDIT: Also the portrayal of Texas in general was way the fuck off. Maybe you'll see those people in the smaller towns of Texas, but in places like Houston or Dallas it's as urban as you can get.
Hey I need some advice, Uhhhh. Does anyone here know sports? Like water skiing sports? Anyways, i'm being offered muney'z to do a 20 hour portrait of a water skiier detailed crap.
What would be a reasonable price to offer for heavy detail portrait like that in that amount of time? They got a view of some of my later stuff (very current) and wanted me to do a portrait of them but I dont know what price is logical to offer

zzzzzzzzzzzz And its not just face portrait either, its like.... He's sitting or standing not sure what pose he will take leaning or sitting by his ski so yah. Its gonna take that long to get what he wants. Sooooo0000OOOO if anyone hereeee can educate me in the ways of knowing how much to charge I will be ever so slightly happy
the formula i've always heard is: calculate how much time you're going to spend on it. give yourself an hourly rate. figure out the cost of materials. add all that together then double it.
Well the time estimate is going to be 20 hours. So since i'm a unknown a reasonable price would be like what 10 dollars per hour? So if you wanted me to double that with time alone that would be 400 dollars is that seriously reasonable? lol

well, you know more about the commission than i do. that formula is intended for 'paint me this picture' commissions or when selling work in a gallery.
obviously you'll have to adapt it for your situation, but it does give you somewhere to start. be wary of selling yourself short, though.

I actually feel a bit bad for Bush jr, utter disgust for Cheney, and respect for Powell.
I've been wanting to see W.

Ugh.
Seriously, if you haven't already watched it I encourage you to. It looks super simple to make and really delicious.
Day-old bread tastes much better apparently.
