where is the goddamn key for grady's safe in the goddamn marigold station? It says it's in a firehose locker but I can't find one anywhere in the damn station. Is it some obvious fucking place like right at the begining?

I tried searching - marigold isn't specific enough, key is too short, firehose and firelocker had no results
edit: found it.
It's behind a normal door off one of the maintenance rooms, it's just kind of in some shadows. Fuck I'm dumb. I did find the family on my own, though.
I found this corpse in the ant tunnels with a revolver in his hand and a disc recording
I followed the instructions, got the key, found the safe and what was the "package" that he killed himself over?

in the same "level" where you find the safe, go all the way south on the map and I believe it will be on the left side too, you'll find a straight metal door leading to the room with the fire extinguisher where the key is hidden

Trying to decide what to play as in my "quest-completionist, fuck the main plot" playthrough. My last one I did a rifle-wielding high agility character. I'm thinking maybe a scientist, or a really tough meleer.

in Oblivion that kind of stuff happened because the AI was kind of off
I came across this little section of subway that had railcars on both ends (popped up from mirelurk caves) and there were two adult skeletons and a baby carriage with a milk bottle and teddy bear and miniature skeleton trapped between the two cars.

I have no idea how you do that: everytime I kill someone in a city, every other person turns enemy to me, whether there were anywhere near them or not. Gun, melee weapon, whatever, they always turn on me.
I don't want to be hated so I just don't kill people in town, which is very at ends with my very evil karma from killing whoever I can outside of towns,

VATS stealth kill from behind with a knife, when there is no one around. this is easy in rivet city, since there is only so many people for a large area.
that was a crazy fight. he was caged in an electricified pen, being watched by raiders. shoot the generator powering the fence and watch the fun :winky:
