    Logically, if you do not run a virus scan and you have never gotten a virus, then you do not use the internet.

    The thing is, even if you are the most cautious of internet users, if you let someone else use your machine unsupervised then you're at risk. I don't know about you guys, but I often let friends or family use my machines while I'm not around, and in spite of my best attempts to educate them about safe browsing habits, they, well, don't really care.
