    i enjoyed it on some level but people take that book way too fucking seriously

    the survival guide more so. that book was just dumb

    I thought they were both incredibly fun books that showed a pretty neat level of thoroughness. About some things, anyway.

    really? the only one I've seen is the survival guide, but when I opened it at random and found the author trying to give a scientific explanation for psychic zombies or some shit by repeating the "we only use 10% of our brains" myth, it seemed pretty apparent he had cobbled it together without even basic fact-checking

    In the beggining of the book he argues against many forms of the zombie, including the voodoo zombie and the supernatural zombie. To my knowledge he never argues that zombies have psychic powers. On the contrary, he adamantly states that zombies operate on the most basic instincts humans have.
