For the past hour or so, if there has been a post that hasn't showed up on the page before I hit the quick reply button, when I do hit the quick reply button, it shows that post instead of it and my post.

Then I have to refresh to see my post.

    Quick Reply has always used trickery to insert your post into the thread on your end: See Here

    Perhaps something has changed recently to change how quick reply works.

    Do your edits stick if you "go advanced" and then submit it?
