    Giant Size Astonishing for sure.

    All of it.

The last page if I had to choose one, though.

The build up was just so amazing, and then you get the name of the issue.

Loved the end of Ennis's Punisher run, so that probably does it for me.

Being such an X-Men whore I'd also have to put the end of Astonishing up there and the tiny Colossus story in one of the Manifest Destiny mini-series issues that had everyone trying to cheer him up, because that was fucking perfect.

God fucking dammit. Hank did that once, while he was crazy. To is super hero wife. Spider-Man, who is super powered, back hands Mary Jane, who has no powers, across the room because he's a dick and he gets a free pass.

I think my favorite version of Pym was in the Marvel Adventures Avengers. In it, he combined his two kind of lame powers, size manipulation and control over ants, into one awesome power; controlling giant fucking ants.

If every Hank Pym appearance had him overwhelming enemies with a wave of giant insects, I think he'd generally be better regarded. Though I actually really enjoyed his portrayal in Beyond! and West Coast Avengers, where he was just a super-scientist with a bunch of shrunken shit in his belt pouches.

Even though the story did not have as many "Holy shit" moments as I would have liked, I would say the end of Secret Invasion #6 made me giddy with anticipation. The fight in #7 lived up to my expectations as well.

I would like to read about gigantic ant controlling Pym. I think that his real problem is that he's never really been a central enough hero to have any kind of defining story written about him, Hank never gets to spot light anything he's just important enough to play flunky to everybody else or screw something up for a plot device.

Personally if i was in charge of finding something to do with him i'd probably have him realise that he's at best a mediocre super hero and instead retire from it to become a full time scientist and turn him into a support/ troubled mentor character for Stature, vicariously living off her successes as a hero.

I may be biased, but the ending of the BP Secret Invasion tie-in was brutal. Everyone on Earth knows you can't conquer Wakanda. Now the Skrulls know it too. Someone should've informed the them that they'd need to send a Super-Skrull battalion like they did for NYC.

Also, issue 13 of The Initiative, the one with Butterball, was the best. The addition of Christos Gage to that book was a great move.
