Since the other thread is looking back at 2008, why not take a chance to look forward to 2009 and all the fun stuff the future holds?

January 21st 2009 : Barack Obama is shot and killed.

February 14th 2009: Rolo forgets it's Valentine's day

February 15th 2009: Rolo is single, again

Summer 2009: America enters into a depression

Late summer 2009: last PAX before the split, forumers hook up in record numbers. Bogey gets three forumers pregnant.

Winter 2009: Man where the fuck is Starcraft 2

2010: The monolith returns. Cardboard Tube disappears. Yutt becomes Admin for the Penny-Arcade forums


2012: War with North Korea because really why the hell not

2020: India and China are now the world super powers

2050: Rolo pays off his student debt

2099: Cardboard Tube returns in glory to the Penny Arcade forums, which have become the third largest producer of cyberwangs on the digital Eastern eSeaboard.
