    I'm going to do the round a day early, since we don't seem to be getting any new signups and all the rolls are done (TR lost his tie btw). Here's the current map with logos for everyone I have both a logo and starting base for. Also, I'm currently going to use a 750 point lead win condition - although I have to be honest and say I have no idea how fast scores might move, could be most turns the score stays even, maybe one side will go inactive and it'll move 180 points a turn. So I reserve the right to change it in the name of fun gameplay.

    Turn 2 Events, Jan 8th Arcadia Post:

    - Arcadia was rocked last week by an explosion in the Apex Park district, destroying the newly built Explosives Disarment and Distruction Facility. One witness was quoted as saying "That's the most lethal case of irony I've ever seen"...

    - Last week a shipment of Tracer Industrial's new high explosive rounds was hijacked off of a delivery truck. Police indicate they are following every possible lead...

    Guns Don't Kill People, Bullets Kill People (Violence):
    Good Mission: Those rounds could do untold damage in the hands of careless thugs. They must be recovered. And on the plus side, Tracer might let you keep a few cases in gratitude.
    Reward: +1 Violence
    Evil Mission: Those rounds could do untold damage in the hands of your crew. Hijack the hijackers and you'll be kings of the street.
    Reward: +1 Violence


    - Credit Card companies and banks are reporting an increase in identity theft crimes based in former Soviet republics...

    Everywhere You Want To Be (Electronic):
    Good Mission: If you can cut off these hackers access to credit card info, you'll recieve the thanks of not just the City but most of the Western world.
    Reward: 50 Nice Points
    Evil Mission: Some contacts in Eastern Europe have offered major bounties on batches of credit card info. Should be easy money, especially if you keep a few for yourself.
    Reward: 50 Vice Points


    - Owners of the Ice Palace have denied that the girls of their 'Ice Cream Shop' dance club routinely go far beyond lap dances with their VIP clientelle...

    I Cream, You Cream (Sexual):

    Good Mission: Dancing is legal in Arcadia, prostitution isn't. These reports will require some thorough investigating.
    Reward: 50 Nice Points
    Evil Mission: Impressing VIPs is one thing, tipping off the authorities is another. Perhaps you can offer your services in hooking up the VIPs and girls more discretely, for a fee of course...
    Reward: 50 Vice Points


    - Rumors have been spreading of 'protection racket' scams in the Triangle
    neighborhood. When interviewed however, shopowners have vehemently denied any such things have happened...

    Frequent Shoppers Discount (Corruption & Extortion):

    Good Mission: These shopowners don't make much as it is. If someone is extorting money out of them, they need your help.
    Reward: 50 Nice Points
    Evil Mission: Skimming a bit off the top of Mom & Pop grocers isn't much, but it's a regular income, and always gives a few extra options for unloading your own merchandise.
    Reward: Territory - Corner Groceries, Triangle (Evil, +10 points a turn)


    - Work is nearing completion on the new NIGHTCRAWLER facility. NIGHTCRAWLER is a system that monitors all phone and internet communication for keywords used by terrorists, and will be a major tool in preventing attacks before they occur.

    Can You Hear Me Now (Anarchy):

    Good Mission: You need access to this system to fight terrorists. Privacy concerns are overblown, especially in light of the threats.
    Reward: Territory - NIGHTCRAWLER Facility, Apex Park (Good, +1 Anarchy)
    Evil Mission: This eavesdropping on citizens is a constitutional violation that can't be ignored. There can be only one response: BLOW IT UP
    Reward: 80 Vice Points

    Violence 4
    Corruption 3

    Which is missing one.

    I had to go for the one that made the most sense for my dudes. The Freemen are about stopping oppression, not credit card theft.

    I have a better chance of success if I try to muscle in on you and steal your points than if I try to compete with Black Mask and Ghost in the electronics event or contest the anarchy event with you, so in IC terms you could be threatened into it, if that suits you.

    On that note: SPI, you should go for the violence event. In addition to us both being on the same side, AcidSerra's already rolled a 16 for anarchy, while all the contenders for Guns Don't Kill People have rolled 6's and 12's. Both events offer pretty much the same reward, but you'll have a little over double the chance of winning if you go for the violence event.

    Scooter, I assume that cutting a deal like this counts as my action for the turn?

    I'd say kidnapping Kayla and returning her in a damaged state would work. I can make most of the other connections I need from there, and depending on what events come up for next week, could explain my next actions.
