    Americans have an aversion to food that is the color black. Like, things like Nori and Squid Ink aren't considered gross at all in other countries but here people see it and are all "eww"

    And why aren't there more (any?) foods that are naturally blue?

    Most foods I have aversions to are based simply on the texture.

    Case in point: chewing on tongues is gross.

    Though I love me some chicken feet.

    I can't stand seafood anymore (I know, I know, worst island-boy ever), but when we go out for sushi I'll eat Toro because it's just texture, not flavor.

    Did you see the episode of Fear Factor that had that on? Sooooo terrible! Not only did they make them eat the balut while at a park with ducks, but they cracked the shells open and poured the contents in a cup. D:

    oh man, i think they've had balut on multiple episodes of fear factor, and every time, i think it ain't too bad. i mean, just pour some salt and you're good to go. the ducks sounds over the top though.
