Doom:
Here's how I see things going down. Right of the bat, Loki capitalizes on Krypton's impending destruction and his own mind control/illusion powers to send pretty much everyone on the planet into a murderous blood frenzy against Doom. Doom is pretty much like, "Fuck, this is nuts, there are fucking lasers everywhere." Doom's body is quickly destroyed, but not before he can mind-body jump to safety. Now, a few different things could happen next. Maybe Loki figures out what happened, and starts killing Kryptonians as fast he can, in the hopes of killing Doom/flushing him out. Maybe Loki doesn't know about Doom's mind/body shifting powers, as it's technically a psionic ability and not magic, so it's entirely possible that Loki could be clueless about it. Regardless, Doom will basically be racing against the clock to find the phantom zone gun (or any other Kryptonian tech that will kill/ring out Loki), and my money is on him finding it and getting a clean shot at Loki in under three hours (especially since his original body will be destroyed in the first 15 mins or so. Doom may even let this happen, as it increases his chances of success vaslty to go incognito in this fight). Loki will not be hard to find. He's either going to be killing everyone in sight, or chilling with some Kyrptonian Hotties, maybe a general or two, enjoying some fine Kryptonian wine and tail before the planet blows. A clean shot with the phantom zone gun will be easy, and will (briefly) ring-out Loki for the Doom win.

We have had several threads going on full of discussion while the tournaments were held. As long as they are done well and are fun I don't see them taking anything away from the rest of the forum.
Arguing that Taskmaster could be allowed to beat Nimrod is one of the more shameful uses of my time, even though I still think arguing that an option was a valid choice rather than "the obvious, why don't you retards get it?" choice was a reasonable position to take.
The right contestant won that fight and you know it.
