In the grim darkness of the future, there is only war.

The guardsmen looked around at each other, terrified, but resolute. Their commanding officer, Commissar Rend, had been killed in his sleep. Taken by nurgle... this was the work of a plaguebearer. Other strange deaths had been cropping up recently in their fortified ceramite bunker on Phallanon Prime. It all started after the attack.

They had been stationed at the bunker on Phallanon prime in order to scout the star system for future colonization. They were to check for resources, space, habitability... and most importantly, resistance. What they found seemed too good to be true. No foes, and bountiful natural resources, plentiful enough to supply many of the Emperor's men. They should not have been so complacent though. The Orks struck quickly.

It was odd, though. The Orks had a strange look about them, and Orkish strikes were typically not so well organized. The bunker had almost been overtaken, but they had managed to fend off their attackers.

It was obvious now. The forces of Chaos had taken over most of the Orkish warband that had attacked them. Though the Orks failed to destroy the guardsmen, they had let the taint of chaos into the bunker. It had killed 5 guardsmen up until now... and finally the commissar was dead too.

There were daemons in their midst. They were among them.

And their supplies were running low.

Welcome to Warhammer 40k miniphalla! This will be a classic game of phalla, though how many non-villagers and their types will remain hidden. If you don't know the rules, check the thread at the top of the forum. Pretty much all standard here. Red vote every day, send in actions via PM, no quoting of role PMs or screenshots for proof, etc etc.

Vote will close at 7:00 pacific, and the game will start as soon as we get enough people. Day 1 will end at 7:00 pacific the day after we fill up.

    I've followed a couple of Phallas pretty closely, including the one that just wrapped up in D&D. I'm curious to see how I'll actually perform in one. I can imagine it'll be totally different from the third person perspective.

    Yeah, I watched several before I joined any too, and it can be pretty different. Hopefully you get in with a group of people (mason, baddie, something), 'cause the behind-the-scenes plotting is the best part!

    No one trusted me in that one, 'cause the one attempt to clear me was unsuccessful since one of the carriers was the one Aiding :(.

    I never pay attention to games I'm not playing, I just can't manage it. So I'd feel like a jerk if I actually got called since I'd have no clue what was happening.
