I thought about suggesting the wand claws thing in the first comic thread about this, but was like "nah they probably would never do that" or something.
I know they are basically fakeposting these comics but the result is more entertaining than most fantasy out there, high or low. The whole "Harry Potter meets 2Fast 2Furious" genre seems ripe for exploitation.
Seriously, though. A long arc like the Armadeaddon one, except starring Dr. Raven Darktalon Blood, Grimm Shado, talking furniture, and Gabe and Tycho's DnD characters.

Judging by the responses, it's funny to most of us here, except you. If it's really that big a problem, you can mail Tycho about it, or maybe read another webcomic that you find funnier. No one's going to hassle you about it.

But I guess I could understand. I love Machine Girl because it's a horrible horrible movie. I lent it to my friend and he stopped it about 2 minutes in because it was a horrible horrible movie. And some people here hate it because it's a horrible horrible movie.

Penny Arcade is the only internet comic I've been interested enough in to check out regularly. But I dont apologize for thinking that this storyline is subpar. Different strokes for different folks and all that. Some people like comics that reference completley obscure things and others arent so keen on such comics. I'm in the latter camp.

I can understand why someone would be bored of the arc by now, since it's essentially just piling the same joke on top of itself over and over. It's a good joke, though, and one they manage to vary by decent writing, but it doesn't take five comics to convey "this movie is so derivative and poorly written it is hilarious"
